So if I select the whole of a clip to repeat, I get one clip per repeat.
If I select part of a clip to repeat, I get one big clip. Makes sense.

The modified audio, so that would be the repeats but not the original. I
don't think it's terribly important, but this way you can hit play and
hear the results of your effect.

Thanks - this is another case where getting right will make it much more
usable and easier to support and document.
