I haven't run into that type of bug in a while, but that's probably because I already fixed the bugs that show up with my normal usage pattern. As much as possible, run Audacity with debugging symbols on and through your debugger, so that when it crashes you can find the line number. Even if you don't know what the bug is, a stack trace might be enough for someone else on the list to immediately see what it is. - Dominic |
