[Audacity-devel] Ripping CDs FAQ

The CDEx home page seems to be down permanently (it broke when
sourceforge dropped mySQL 3 support, and hasn't been fixed).

We need to point the link on the FAQ page
(http://audacity.sourceforge.net/help/faq?s=files&i=import-cd) to
something or somewhere else, or it's a bit pointless.

What do people think? 
Exact Audio Copy has been suggested: http://www.exactaudiocopy.de, or we
could find a CDex download mirror like:
http://www.mp3-converter.com/cdex.htm
http://www.download.com/CDex/3000-2140-10226370.html
http://www.hitsquad.com/smm/programs/Cdex/

But none have been updated since 2003 when the last project release
occured.
