Here's an updated website with a news item on the two new releases, and 
a redesigned download section that allows users to download 1.2.4 or 1.3.0.

Please send feedback ASAP.  I'm going to send this to translators 
tomorrow, and hopefully we can get a couple of translations ready by the 
time we actually do the release...

I went ahead and made next Monday, November 28 the release date in the 
news item; I'm hoping we can get everything uploaded and working sooner, 
but we can do the announcements on Monday.
