So just to make that clear (it certainly wasn't for me until a few 
minutes ago, when I looked into both CVS trees):

The CleanSpeech code is only in HEAD, not in AUDACITY_1_2. So since 1.3 
will be a beta version, we don't need to set such high standards here. I 
still think, the user should have an option to completely disable 
CleanSpeech, including all user interface elements.
