I've satisfied myself that innosetup will meet this requirement.  :)

I've also modified the .iss file that came with my cvs checkout to use the 
locations of the files from within the zip file rather than ..\Release\ 
(which I assume is because you've got the build integrated with innosetup on 
your box).

I'll probably be throwing up an installer for someone to test pretty soon, 
which means I'm awfully close to having an iso image for testing.
