I don't see any issues with Change Pitch, but I'm worried that it won't
be possible to implement Change Tempo/Speed within the VST interface.
Both of these output a different number of samples than they get in, and
the VST interface doesn't support this, to the best of my knowledge.

This is potentially an argument for us coming up with our own plug-in
format, since neither LADSPA or VST support this type of effect.
