[Audacity-devel] Change Tempo et al -> plugins

I think I'm finally going to have some time to turn Change Tempo (& 
possibly Change Pitch & Change Speed) into VST plugins in the next week 
or so. Questions:

* Should I go from the HEAD version & use the latest SoundTouch?

* I want to promote Audacity with these, so for names, something like 
AudacityTimeStretch? AudacityTimeStretchVST? (I agree with Tony that 
"time stretch" is probably clearer to most people.) Suggestions?
