I can take care of the translation files for pre4 and 1.2.0.

The German translation file in CVS has been updated at least once since
Audacity 1.2.0-pre3 was released.  I'll write to the translation list to
make sure any additional updates make it into the tree.

By the way, I just got a new computer last week, with a much faster
processor and larger hard drive than my previous Linux system.  I'm
planning to start working more actively on Audacity coding now.
