We asked Gregg back in February whether he included a source offer on the CD to satisfy the GPL, and he said that he did. Please, do not accuse this person of violating the GPL unless you have some evidence. If you're not sure, then gather evidence *before* making accusations. For example, you could contact the Luxuriousity customers who have written to our mailing lists, to find out details about the LuxuriousitySound CD.
