Since MTD config would influence the power core test on bf609, disable it in test script and wait to see next result log.
With MTD config disabled, power core case on bf609 regression machine still fails, so mark it under debugging.
power core case on bf609 ezkit can pass now by enable CONFIG_PM_BFIN_WAKE_PE12.
