[Speed-dreams-devel] WIP final packaging work for 2.0.0

Hi, everyone.

You probably noticed, from my previous posts or from SVN activity ...
but I've been packaging final 2.0.0 since this morning.

tags/2.0.0 was created from trunk@r4663.

I'm seriously considering not keeping last pre-r4663 changes on the LS1 cars
(issues: new sounds need further discussion, and no one seems to care
         + missing previews for new skins).

Unless you prove me there's _no_ risk, post-r4663 changes on trunk won't
be released in 2.0.
