[Torcs-ng-devel] Breaking away from TORCS? (new title discussion)

Hi all,

Andrew brings an interesting point from the thread "Can I release a
demonstration package?":
"As time's gone on we've become more "revolutionary" in our thinking, to the
point where perhaps we do need a new name without TORCS in the title."
Over time, we've begun to develop so much over the "base" of TORCS that I
have to agree with this point.
The only thing that it really has similar to TORCS are the TRB1 cars, some
of the better tracks, and the physics engine.

But everything else has changed dramatically.

Mart, I think, said that we need to remove all the TORCS references on the
billboards of the various racing circuits.
If we must distance our associations of the original TORCS, why not use a
new and different title altogether?

I have been thinking of new titles for the TORCS-NG project, but the
only ones I can come up with are these:
Dream of Motorsport (too 'Visual Novel'-ish??)
VRace/VMotorsport (too close to VDrift perhaps?)
Petrolhead (too generic?)
