PConMe© is a cool hack of a virtual machine, using Qemu and Qemu manager with Ubuntu 10.10. The project has been designed to be a computing sandbox where young computing enthusiasts can experiment, explore and program without compromising the integrity of expensive hardware. The device can be copied onto a 4GB+ flash drive and taken wherever the user wants to go. Unlike other 'live installs', with PConMe© reboot isn't necessary, just plug and play. HyperVM is a multi-tiered, multi-server, multi-virtualization software product allowing a VPS vendor to provision, manage and delegate Xen or OpenVZ based virtual private servers. Emulator of the ancient 8 bit microprocessor ISP-8A 500D/600D or more common "SC/MP" from National Semiconductor. The download contains all sources plus an executable Java Jar file to start right away. Some SC/MP hex dump examples are provided in directory "/etc" as well. The download also contains unit tests and some helping documentation (also in /etc). You may slow down the CPU operations, displaying the CPUs status register as LEDs, to watch the CPU working with its registers. The emulator also contains a VDU (video display unit) output / ASCII input simulation.
