Get Pretty Quick
Runs Prettier on your changed files. Pre-commit mode. Under this flag only staged files will be formatted, and they will be re-staged after formatting. Partially staged files will not be re-staged after formatting and pretty-quick will exit with a non-zero exit code. The intent is to abort the git commit and allow the user to amend their selective staging to include formatting fixes. When not in staged pre-commit mode, use this flag to compare changes with the specified branch. Defaults to master (git) / default (hg) branch. Do not resolve prettier config when determining which files to format, just use standard set of supported file types & extensions prettier supports. This may be useful if you do not need any customization and see performance issues. Check that files are correctly formatted, but don't format them. This is useful on CI to verify that all changed files in the current branch were correctly formatted. -

It has a prompt input at the bottom of the screen where the user inputs various commands. git-quick-stats is a simple and efficient way to access various statistics in a git repository. Any git repository may contain tons of information about commits, contributors, and files. Extracting this information is not always trivial, mostly because there are a gadzillion options to a gadzillion git commands. For those who prefer to utilize command-line options, git-quick-stats also has a non-interactive mode supporting both short and long options. You can change to the legacy color scheme by toggling the variable _MENU_THEME between default and legacy. You can set variable _GIT_LIMIT for limited output. It will affect the "changelogs" and "branch tree" options. You can also exclude files from the stats. Note that it works with any alphanumeric, glob, or regex that git respects. -

gvm is a version management tool for the Go programming language, inspired by tools like RVM (for Ruby). It allows you to manage, install, switch between, and uninstall multiple Go versions (including “tip” or weekly snapshots). It also supports “pkgsets” (similar to virtual environments) so you can maintain isolated sets of Go package dependencies associated with specific Go versions or projects. gvm caches cleaned source copies to speed up repeated installs and helps keep your Go workspace clean. Developers use it especially when working on projects that require different Go versions (e.g. legacy code vs bleeding-edge) or when testing compatibility across releases. Because it handles both version switching and package isolation, it simplifies the friction of juggling multiple Go toolchains on the same machine. -

Both strategies work well and both have drawbacks as well. splitsh helps use both strategies by providing tools that automatically synchronize a monolithic repository to standalone repositories in real-time. splitsh-lite is a sub-project that provides a faster implementation of the git subtree split command, which helps create standalone repositories for one or more sub-directories of a main repository. Git-FTP
Uses Git to upload only changed files to FTP servers
If you use Git and you need to upload your files to an FTP server, Git-ftp can save you some time and bandwidth by uploading only those files that changed since the last upload. It keeps track of the uploaded files by storing the commit id in a log file on the server. It uses Git to determine which local files have changed. You can easily deploy another branch or go back in the Git history to upload an older version. git-ftp was not designed as centralized deployment tool. While a commit is being pushed and uploaded to the FTP server, all files belonging to that revision must remain untouched until git-ftp has successfully finished the upload. Otherwise, the contents of the uploaded file will not match the contents of the file referenced in the commit. -

Automatically deploy your project to GitHub Pages using GitHub Actions. This action can be configured to push your production-ready code into any branch you'd like. You can include the action in your workflow to trigger any event that GitHub actions supports. If the remote branch that you wish to deploy to doesn't already exist the action will create it for you. Your workflow will also need to include the actions/checkout step before this workflow runs in order for the deployment to work. If you intend to make multiple deployments in quick succession you may need to leverage the concurrency parameter in your workflow to prevent overlaps. The with portion of the workflow must be configured before the action will work. You can add these in the with section found in the examples above. Any secrets must be referenced using the bracket syntax and stored in the GitHub repository's Settings/Secrets menu. -

Fast, insightful and highly customizable Git history analysis. Hercules is an amazingly fast and highly customizable Git repository analysis engine written in Go. Batteries are included. Powered by go-git. There are two command-line tools: hercules and labours. The first is a program written in Go that takes a Git repository and executes a Directed Acyclic Graph (DAG) of analysis tasks over the full commit history. The second is a Python script that shows some predefined plots over the collected data. These two tools are normally used together through a pipe. It is possible to write custom analyses using the plugin system. It is also possible to merge several analysis results together - relevant for organizations. The analyzed commit history includes branches, merges, etc. Hercules has been successfully used for several internal projects at source{d}. -

Just One Single History
Combine the advantages of a monorepo with those of multirepo setups by leveraging a blazingly-fast, incremental, and reversible implementation of git history filtering. The partial repo will act as a normal git repository but only contain the files found in the subdirectory and only commits affecting those files. The partial repo supports both fetch as well as push operation. This helps not just to improve performance on the client due to having fewer files in the tree, it also enables collaboration on parts of the monorepo with other parties utilizing git's normal distributed development features. For example, this makes it easy to mirror just selected parts of your repo to public github repositories or specific customers. Simplify code sharing and dependency management. Beyond just subdirectories, Josh supports filtering, re-mapping and composition of arbitrary virtual repositories from the content found in the monorepo. -

QtPass
QtPass is a multi-platform GUI for pass, the standard unix password
QtPass is part of the pass ecosystem. This means you are not stuck with QtPass, you can use the same password store with many clients. Password management should be simple and follow Unix philosophy. With pass, each password lives inside of a gpg encrypted file whose filename is the title of the website or resource that requires the password. These encrypted files may be organized into meaningful folder hierarchies, copied from computer to computer, and, in general, manipulated using standard command line file management utilities. Contrary to many Free, Libre and OpenSource password managers, pass and by extension QtPass are not bound to one user or device. Since we are based on GnuPG we have multi-key, multi recipient encryption out of the box. The use of external encryption devices like OpenPGP or x509/CMS based smartcards or USB tokens and per-folder ACL makes it easy to grant or take away privileges from users.
