Diffuse is a graphical tool for comparing and merging text files. It can retrieve files for comparison from Bazaar, CVS, Darcs, Git, Mercurial, Monotone, RCS, Subversion, and SVK repositories.

The CvsGui project is providing several high-end interface clients (WinCvs, MacCvs, gCvs) written in C++ using popular frameworks (MFC, PowerPlant, GTK+) with a scripting support via Python or TCL.

This project provides a generic CDS (or ARINC 661 Server), coded in the Java language in order to facilitate the understanding of the ARINC 661 standard, prototype ARINC 661 concepts and architectures, etc… This project is managed by Dassault Aviation.

git-flow-next is a branching model and a set of command-line extensions tailored to enforce that branching model for Git repositories. The underlying workflow was first described in 2010 and is designed around two long-lived branches (master (or main) for production-ready code, and develop for integration) and multiple supporting short-lived branches (feature, release, hotfix) for day-to-day development. With git-flow, each type of branch has explicit purpose and merge rules: features merge back into develop, release branches prepare towards master, and hotfixes branch off master for urgent repairs. The repository you referenced provides the actual shell scripts (and wrappers) implementing sub‐commands like git flow feature start, git flow release finish, etc., making the workflow operational rather than purely conceptual.

It supports themes and custom styles, allowing creators to personalize the look and feel of the generated site. git-cz is a command-line tool designed to guide developers in writing structured, conventional commits. Rather than manually typing commit messages, this tool prompts you to select commit types, scopes, and write descriptions according to a defined format. It integrates with the popular commitizen ecosystem so that when you run npx git-cz or similar, you are prompted through a workflow instead of free-form message. The project emphasises consistency and readability in commit history, helping teams enforce semantic or conventional commit message formats. It supports custom configuration (for example via a changelog.config.js file) so you can adapt the prompts or types to your project’s conventions. Because it is open source (licensed under Unlicense) it can be freely integrated within CI pipelines or commit hooks to standardise message formats.

SvnStat (Subversion Statistics) generates statistical reports with graphs and charts similar to StatCvs from Subversion (svn) logs.

Gitslave is a script for coordinated version control of large projects combining code from multiple independent repositories using Git. More flexible than traditional git submodules, gitslave provides a simple wrapper around command-line git that manages a directory tree with multiple subsidiary ("slave") git repositories in sub-directories of a "master" git repository. Any git command run from the "gits" wrapper will be performed in all the git repositories; for example gits checkout -b newbranch will create the new branch in all repositories. Gitslave has been used for mid-sized product development with many slave repositories (representing different programs and plugins), branches, tags, and developers; and for single-person repositories tracking groups of .emacs and .vim repositories (in the latter case, it is basically used to keep the slave repositories up to date via a single command).

SVN Access Manager is a powerful tool for managing access to subversion repositories. The tool provides user and group management and access rights (read/write) to dedicated paths in a repository as well.

JLibDiff is an implementation of diff and diff3 algorithm as lib. Differences are represented as java objects. You can use this lib for building text diff tools for example

SubTile is a lightweight platform independent Subversion ® (SVN) client, it runs on all platforms where wxWidgets library is available. Main goal is to provide simple and quick method to manage and organize projects under version control from everywhere without need of development environment.

GeoGit draws inspiration from Git, but adapts its core concepts to handle versioning of geospatial data. Users are able to import raw geospatial data (currently from Shapefiles, PostGIS or SpatiaLite) in to a repository where every change to the data is tracked. These changes can be viewed in a history, reverted to older versions, branched in to sandboxed areas, merged back in, and pushed to remote repositories.

Eclipse Version Tree Plugin is an easy to use, graphical version tree for project artifacts hosted in a CVS repository. It is a graphical replacment for Eclipse resource history. Codestriker is a web application supporting online code reviewing, typically diffs generated by a Source Code Management system or plain unidiff patches. There are integration points with CVS, Subversion, Clearcase, Perforce and Visual SourceSafe.

Gruntspud is a graphical CVS client written in Java. It supports a variety of different connection mechanisms (local, pserver, ext, ssh & server). It is intended to be able to run as a plugin to jEdit but also as as a standalone application.

BeyondCVS is an Eclipe plug-in that enables using Beyond Compare (externally) for comparing files and folders. It also allows comparing a single file to a previous revision in CVS/SVN or Local History. There is also support for opening Putty and WinSCP.
