Mesen is a high-accuracy NES emulator for Windows and Linux. It offers numerous features, such as save states, video filters, netplay, rewinding, overclocking, cheat codes and HD packs. It also includes an extensive set of debugging tools for homebrew development or romhacking. Mesen-S is a high-accuracy SNES emulator for Windows and Linux. Game Boy and Game Boy Color games are also supported, along with Super Game Boy emulation. It contains most of the features found in Mesen, including an extensive set of debugging tools. These are development builds and may be unstable. Using them may also increase the chances of your settings being corrupted, or having issues when upgrading to the next official release. Additionally, these builds are currently not optimized via PGO and will typically run 20-30% slower than the official release builds. -

OpenTabletDriver is an open-source, cross-platform, user mode tablet driver. The goal of OpenTabletDriver is to be cross-platform as possible with the highest compatibility in an easily configurable graphical user interface. OpenTabletDriver functions as two separate processes that interact with each other seamlessly. The active program that does all of the tablet data handling is OpenTabletDriver.Daemon. The daemon must be started in order for anything to work, however, the GUI is unnecessary. If you have existing settings, they should apply when the daemon starts. The requirements to build OpenTabletDriver are consistent across all platforms. Running OpenTabletDriver on each platform requires different dependencies. Run build.ps1 to produce binary builds to 'bin' folder. These builds will run in portable mode by default. -

Zstandard
Zstandard - Fast real-time compression algorithm
Zstandard is a fast compression algorithm, providing high compression ratios. It also offers a special mode for small data, called dictionary compression. The reference library offers a very wide range of speed / compression trade-off, and is backed by an extremely fast decoder (see benchmarks below). Zstandard library is provided as open source software using a BSD license. Its format is stable and published as IETF RFC 8478. The negative compression levels, specified with --fast=#, offer faster compression and decompression speed in exchange for some loss in compression ratio compared to level 1, as seen in the table above. Zstd can trade compression speed for stronger compression ratios. It is configurable by small increment. Decompression speed is preserved and remain roughly the same at all settings, a property shared by most LZ compression algorithms, such as zlib or lzma. -

masscan
Mass IP port scanner
Masscan is an Internet-scale port scanner, able to scan the entire Internet in just 6 minutes or less. It's considered the fastest port scanner and is similar to the famous port scanner nmap, and like port scanners scanrand and unicornscan it uses asynchronous transmissions. However, it is more flexible when it comes to arbitrary port and address ranges. Masscan not only detects when ports are open, it can also check banners. And while it is useful for smaller, internal networks, it's designed with the entire internet in mind. Do take note however that Masscan uses its own custom TCP/IP stack, so anything other than a simple port scan could cause conflict with the local TCP/IP stack unless certain configurations are done. -

A Nintendo Switch homebrew app to download and update CFWs, FWs and cheat codes. Supports Atmosphère, ReiNX and SXOS. Works on unpatched (Erista) and patched (v2/Mariko) Switches. Update the Atmosphère Switch Custom Firmware. AIO-Switch-Updater uses a custom RCM payload to finalise the install as it can't be performed while HOS is running. Download and update Hekate, as well as a selection of RCM payloads. Download and extract daily-updated cheat code. The program will only extract cheat codes for the games you own. By default, this homebrew will overwrite the existing cheats. If you have your own cheat files that you'd like to keep as is, you can turn off cheat updates for specific titles. -

The Deduplicating Warp-speed Advanced Read-only File System. A fast high compression read-only file system for Linux and Windows. DwarFS is a read-only file system with a focus on achieving very high compression ratios in particular for very redundant data. This probably doesn't sound very exciting, because if it's redundant, it should compress well. However, I found that other read-only, compressed file systems don't do a very good job at making use of this redundancy. See here for a comparison with other compressed file systems. DwarFS also doesn't compromise on speed and for my use cases, I've found it to be on par with or perform better than SquashFS. For my primary use case, DwarFS compression is an order of magnitude better than SquashFS compression, it's 6 times faster to build the file system, it's typically faster to access files on DwarFS and it uses less CPU resources. -
