Ethr is a cross-platform network performance measurement tool written in golang. The goal of this project is to provide a native tool for comprehensive network performance measurements of bandwidth, connections/s, packets/s, latency, loss & jitter, across multiple protocols such as TCP, UDP, HTTP, HTTPS, and across multiple platforms such as Windows, Linux and other Unix systems. Ethr takes inspiration from existing open-source network performance tools and builds upon those ideas. For Bandwidth measurement, it is similar to iPerf3, for TCP & UDP traffic. iPerf3 has many more options for doing such as throttled testing, richer feature set, while Ethr has support for multiple threads, which allows it to scale to 1024 or even higher number of connections, multiple clients communication to a single server etc. For latency measurements, it is similar to latte on Windows or sockperf on Linux.

This is a utility intended for IT professionals to deploy to their users. It will do several speed tests and report the results to an e-mail address, helping to track down complaints that "everything is slow"

This is is a modular, test driven website that tries to break web clients of all kind. If you are developing applications that interact with websites you might want to throw it at this website first and see if it survives.

Exlock is a command line tool. The purpose of this tool is to test / debug / tune the creation of other software. Exlock opens in exclusive mode a file passed as parameter. Other processes accessing the file will get a error. The purpose of this tool is to simply evaluate which is the behavior in case of this error.

ExMachina is part of the thoughtbot Elixir family of projects. ExMachina makes it easy to create test data and associations. It works great with Ecto, but is configurable to work with any persistence library. And start the ExMachina application. For most projects (such as Phoenix apps) this will mean adding :ex_machina to the list of applications in mix.exs. You can skip this step if you are using Elixir 1.4 or later. Add your factory module inside test/support so that it is only compiled in the test environment. build/2 is a function call. As such, it gets evaluated immediately. By default, ExMachina will merge the attributes you pass into build/insert into your factory. But if you want full control of your attributes, you can define your factory as accepting one argument, the attributes being passed into your factory.

FAST is an Analysis and Simulation Toolbox (FAST) for Fuel Cells (FC) FAST-FC is the doctorate work of David B. Harvey and was developed with support from the U.S. DOE, Ballard, and Queen's University. Derivative works of FAST-FC include FC-APOLLO which is a forked branch of this project intended to capture the code state at the exit of the funded DOE project. FAST-FC is the open and active community branch. FAST-FC is developed and maintained by the original creator and developer, David B. Harvey. Features of FAST-fc include transport of gases and liquids, multi-step reaction kinetics, transient and steady state operation for performance and durability, and scalable dimensionality from 1D - 3D domains. Future development work is on-going in FAST-fc and our strategic development schedule includes membrane degradation, improved liquid water transport models through the application of pore networks, and extension to stack-level simulation.

FBENCH is the throughput benchmark tool for measuring TCP and UDP performance between two systems. It also used as the networking stress tool. Originally it was developed as part of the FNET TCP/IP stack project.

FIRMAMENT runs, inside the Linux kernel, user supplied micro-programs over each processed message to emulate communication fault situations, using a script approach. The tool is appropriate to perform experiments over protocols and distributed systems.

FLEX (Flipboard Explorer) is a set of in-app debugging and exploration tools for iOS development. When presented, FLEX shows a toolbar that lives in a window above your application. Browse SQLite/Realm databases in the file system. Trigger 3D touch in the simulator using the control, shift, and command keys. Unlike many other debugging tools, FLEX runs entirely inside your app, so you don't need to be connected to LLDB/Xcode or a different remote debugging server. It works well in the simulator and on physical devices.

Checks a haskell script (lhs, hs) based on tests specified in a test file and provides a graphical user interface to show the results, including return values compared to check value(s), coloring to see which tests fail at a glance and approximate execution time benchmarking. As a test file you may use a valid haskell script file (that runs in WinHugs) simply checking for logical equality of expressions (using ==). You may also use "~>" after a haskell expression to indicate the desired output. It's also possible to specify multiple valid outputs.
