    YoutubeExplode

    YoutubeExplode

Abstraction layer over YouTube's internal API

YoutubeExplode is a .NET library that provides a high-level abstraction for interacting with YouTube data, enabling developers to retrieve metadata and download media streams programmatically. The project exposes a clean API that allows applications to query videos, playlists, channels, and search results without relying on the official YouTube Data API. Under the hood, the library parses raw page data and leverages reverse-engineered internal endpoints to obtain structured information and stream manifests. Developers can use it to access details such as titles, authors, durations, captions, and available media formats, as well as to download audio or video streams for further processing. The library is designed to be intuitive and cross-platform through .NET Standard compatibility, making it suitable for desktop tools, automation pipelines, and media utilities.

    Yup

    Yup

    Dead simple Object schema validation

Yup is a JavaScript schema builder for value parsing and validation. Define a schema, transform a value to match, validate the shape of an existing value, or both. Yup schema are extremely expressive and allow modeling complex, interdependent validations, or value transformations. Yup's API is heavily inspired by Joi, but leaner and built with client-side validation as its primary use-case. Yup separates the parsing and validating functions into separate steps. cast() transforms data while validate checks that the input is the correct shape. Each can be performed together (such as HTML form validation) or seperately (such as deserializing trusted data from APIs). Yup always relies on the Promise global object to handle asynchronous values as well as Set and Map. For browsers that do not support these, you'll need to include a polyfill, such as core-js.

    Zine

    Zine

Fast, Scalable, Flexible Static Site Generator (SSG)

A Zine site is a collection of content files and layouts. Zine turns your content into HTML, styles it using your layouts, and finally copies the result (alongside other assets like images) into an output directory that you can then publish on static hosting services like GitHub Pages. Zine uses a structured approach to content authoring that helps keep sizeable content collections manageable. Similarly, the build process uses surgical dependency tracking to ensure minimal rebuilds, keeping the authoring experience excellent at all scales. SuperMD is an extension of Markdown that allows you to define embedded assets and semantic constructs that would be impossible to express in Markdown without using inline HTML. SuperHTML is an extension of HTML5 that focuses on expressing correct templating logic. With SuperHTML it's impossible to generate malformed HTML and most mistakes become build-time errors.

    decimal

    decimal

Arbitrary-precision fixed-point decimal numbers in go

Arbitrary-precision fixed-point decimal numbers in go. Note: Decimal library can "only" represent numbers with a maximum of 2^31 digits after the decimal point. The zero-value is 0, and is safe to use without initialization. Addition, subtraction, and multiplication with no loss of precision. Division with specified precision. Database/sql serialization/deserialization. JSON and XML serialization/deserialization. big.Int's API is built to reduce the number of memory allocations for maximal performance. This makes sense for its use-case, but the trade-off is that the API is awkward and easy to misuse. In contrast, it's difficult to make such mistakes with decimal. Decimals behave like other go numbers types: even though a = b will not deep copy b into a, it is impossible to modify a Decimal, since all Decimal methods return new Decimals and do not modify the originals. The downside is that this causes extra allocations, so Decimal is less performant.

    dotenv

    dotenv

A Ruby gem to load environment variables from `.env`

Shim to load environment variables from .env into ENV in development. Storing configuration in the environment is one of the tenets of a twelve-factor app. Anything that is likely to change between deployment environments–such as resource handles for databases or credentials for external services–should be extracted from the code into environment variables. But it is not always practical to set environment variables on development machines or continuous integration servers where multiple projects are run. dotenv loads variables from a .env file into ENV when the environment is bootstrapped. dotenv is initialized in your Rails app during the before_configuration callback, which is fired when the Application constant is defined in config/application.rb with class Application < Rails::Application. If you need it to be initialized sooner, you can manually call Dotenv::Railtie.load.

    eBPF

    eBPF

ebpf-go is a pure-Go library to read, modify and load eBPF programs

Package ebpf is a toolkit for working with eBPF programs. eBPF programs are small snippets of code which are executed directly in a VM in the Linux kernel, which makes them very fast and flexible. Many Linux subsystems now accept eBPF programs. This makes it possible to implement highly application-specific logic inside the kernel, without having to modify the actual kernel itself. This package is designed for long-running processes which want to use eBPF to implement part of their application logic. It has no run-time dependencies outside of the library and the Linux kernel itself. eBPF code should be compiled ahead of time using clang, and shipped with your application as any other resource. Use the link subpackage to attach a loaded program to a hook in the kernel. Note that losing all references to Map and Program resources will cause their underlying file descriptors to be closed, potentially removing those objects from the kernel.

    eslint-plugin-jsdoc

    eslint-plugin-jsdoc

JSDoc specific linting rules for ESLint

JSDoc specific linting rules for ESLint. Install ESLint either locally or globally. Rules may, as per the ESLint user guide, have their own individual options. In eslint-plugin-jsdoc, a few options, such as, exemptedBy and contexts, may be used across different rules. eslint-plugin-jsdoc options, if present, are generally in the form of an object supplied as the second argument in an array after the error level (any exceptions to this format are explained within that rule's docs). One can use minLines and maxLines to indicate how many line breaks (if any) will be checked to find a jsdoc comment block before the given code block. These settings default to 0 and 1 respectively. In conjunction with the require-jsdoc rule, these settings can be enforced so as to report problems if a jsdoc block is not found within the specified boundaries. The settings are also used in the fixer to determine how many line breaks to add when a block is missing.

    express-validator

    express-validator

    An express.js middleware for validator.js

express-validator is a set of express.js middlewares that wraps validator.js validator and sanitizer functions. It's recommended that you have basic knowledge of the express.js module before you go on with this guide. Sometimes, receiving input in a HTTP request isn't only about making sure that the data is in the right format, but also that it is free of noise. validator.js provides a handful of sanitizers that can be used to take care of the data that comes in. Although express-validator offers plenty of handy validators and sanitizers through its underlying dependency validator.js, it doesn't always suffice when building your application. For these cases, you may consider writing a custom validator or a custom sanitizer. A custom validator may be implemented by using the chain method .custom(). It takes a validator function.

Detect and validate 500+ types of hardcoded secrets

GitGuardian’s ggshield is an open-source command-line interface (CLI) tool designed to help developers and security teams detect hardcoded secrets and sensitive credentials early in the development process, either locally or in CI/CD pipelines. It scans source code, configuration files, commit history, and other artifacts to automatically detect hundreds of different secret types — such as API keys, tokens, and passwords — helping prevent accidental leaks before they reach version control or production environments. ggshield can be used interactively on a developer’s machine, integrated as a pre-commit or pre-push git hook, and run as part of automated build or merge workflows to enforce security policies consistently across teams. It works across major operating systems using Python, and offers standalone packaged binaries for environments where Python isn’t available, making it adaptable to a wide range of developer setups.
