    Buildbot

    Buildbot

    Python-based continuous integration testing framework

Buildbot is an open-source framework for automating software build, test, and release processes. At its core, Buildbot is a job scheduling system: it queues jobs, executes the jobs when the required resources are available, and reports the results. Your Buildbot installation has one or more masters and a collection of workers. The masters monitor source-code repositories for changes, coordinate the activities of the workers, and report results to users and developers. Workers run on a variety of operating systems. You configure Buildbot by providing a Python configuration script to the master. This script can be very simple, configuring built-in components, but the full expressive power of Python is available. This allows dynamic generation of configuration, customized components, and anything else you can devise. The framework itself is implemented in Twisted Python, and compatible with all major operating systems.

    Kornia

    Kornia

Open Source Differentiable Computer Vision Library

Kornia is a differentiable computer vision library for PyTorch. It consists of a set of routines and differentiable modules to solve generic computer vision problems. At its core, the package uses PyTorch as its main backend both for efficiency and to take advantage of the reverse-mode auto-differentiation to define and compute the gradient of complex functions. Inspired by existing packages, this library is composed by a subset of packages containing operators that can be inserted within neural networks to train models to perform image transformations, epipolar geometry, depth estimation, and low-level image processing such as filtering and edge detection that operate directly on tensors. With Kornia we fill the gap between classical and deep computer vision that implements standard and advanced vision algorithms for AI. Our libraries and initiatives are always according to the community needs.

    Rasa

    Rasa

Open source machine learning framework to automate text conversations

Rasa is an open source machine learning framework to automate text-and voice-based conversations. With Rasa, you can build contextual assistants on Facebook Messenger, Slack, Google Hangouts, Webex Teams, Microsoft Bot Framework, Rocket.Chat, Mattermost, Telegram, and Twilio or on your own custom conversational channels. Rasa helps you build contextual assistants capable of having layered conversations with lots of back-and-forths. In order for a human to have a meaningful exchange with a contextual assistant, the assistant needs to be able to use context to build on things that were previously discussed. Rasa enables you to build assistants that can do this in a scalable way. Rasa uses Poetry for packaging and dependency management. If you want to build it from the source, you have to install Poetry first. By default, Poetry will try to use the currently activated Python version to create the virtual environment for the current project automatically.

    DeepSeed

    DeepSeed

Deep learning optimization library making distributed training easy

DeepSpeed is a deep learning optimization library that makes distributed training easy, efficient, and effective. DeepSpeed delivers extreme-scale model training for everyone, from data scientists training on massive supercomputers to those training on low-end clusters or even on a single GPU. Using current generation of GPU clusters with hundreds of devices, 3D parallelism of DeepSpeed can efficiently train deep learning models with trillions of parameters. With just a single GPU, ZeRO-Offload of DeepSpeed can train models with over 10B parameters, 10x bigger than the state of arts, democratizing multi-billion-parameter model training such that many deep learning scientists can explore bigger and better models. Sparse attention of DeepSpeed powers an order-of-magnitude longer input sequence and obtains up to 6x faster execution comparing with dense transformers.

Flask-Limiter provides rate-limiting features to flask applications. It allows configuring various backends to persist the rate limits, which is provided by the limits library. Sponsored by Zuplo - fully-managed API Gateway with rate limiting, authentication, and more. Add rate limiting to your API in minutes, try it at zuplo.com Test it out. The fast endpoint respects the default rate limit while the slow endpoint uses the decorated one. ping has no rate limit associated with it. By adding the extension to your flask application, you can configure various rate limits at different levels (e.g. application wide, per Blueprint, routes, resource etc). To include extra dependencies for a specific storage backend you can add the specific backend name via the extras notation.

    aws-cli

    aws-cli

Universal Command Line Interface for Amazon Web Services

The AWS CLI is the universal command-line interface for managing AWS services, automating tasks, and scripting cloud workflows. It exposes nearly every public API from EC2 and S3 to IAM, Lambda, and beyond, providing parity with the service SDKs in a tool you can run anywhere. Profiles, regions, single-sign-on, and credential helpers make it straightforward to switch contexts securely across accounts and environments. Its output controls and JMESPath querying let you slice, filter, and transform JSON responses directly in the shell, which is essential for automation. Waiters, paginators, and retries handle long-running or large list operations cleanly so scripts are resilient. The CLI’s stability and extensive documentation make it a cornerstone for CI/CD, incident response, and day-to-day operations.

    gevent

    gevent

    Coroutine-based concurrency library for Python

gevent is a coroutine -based Python networking library that uses greenlet to provide a high-level synchronous API on top of the libev or libuv event loop. gevent is inspired by eventlet but features a more consistent API, simpler implementation and better performance. Read why others use gevent and check out the list of the open source projects based on gevent. Since version 1.1, gevent is maintained by Jason Madden for NextThought with help from the contributors and is licensed under the MIT license. API that re-uses concepts from the Python standard library (for examples there are events and queues). Cooperative DNS queries performed through a threadpool, dnspython, or c-ares. Monkey patching utility to get 3rd party modules to become cooperative. When monkey patching, it is recommended to do so as early as possible in the lifetime of the process. If possible, monkey patching should be the first lines executed.
