    Platformatic

    Platformatic

    Platformatic Open Source monorepo

Platformatic enables developers to efficiently develop and run APIs at scale. Historically, API developers have had to repetitively build infrastructure to satisfy foundational requirements, like authentication, authorization, caching, and connection to databases, and have had to manage microservices with technologies such as service mesh or centralized registries. This work is time consuming, undifferentiated, and painstakingly complex. With growing demands of SaaS applications, the amount of API permutations has grown exponentially and has become a development bottleneck. This has led large organizations to create dedicated platform API engineering teams to help teams deliver on business demands. Our goal is to make API development simple: we aim is to remove all friction from the day-to-day of backend developers. Platformatic is a series of Open Source tools to build APIs.

    Pretext

    Pretext

Pure JavaScript/TypeScript library for multiline text measurement

Pretext is an experimental project that explores new ways of structuring and presenting textual or code-based content, with a strong emphasis on clarity, composability, and developer-oriented workflows. It is designed to rethink how text and structured information are authored, processed, and rendered, often focusing on minimal abstractions and highly readable formats. The project reflects a philosophy of reducing unnecessary complexity while still enabling powerful transformations and reuse of content. It appears to function as a lightweight system for defining structured documents that can be interpreted or transformed into different outputs. Pretext encourages a declarative approach where content is written in a way that separates structure from presentation, making it easier to adapt across contexts. It is particularly relevant for developers interested in tooling, documentation systems, or alternative markup paradigms.

    R Source

    R Source

Read-only mirror of R source code

The wch/r-source repository is a read-only mirror of the official R language source code, maintained to reflect the upstream Subversion (SVN) R core development tree. This mirror provides public visibility into R’s internals—everything from the interpreter, base and recommended packages, documentation, and C/Fortran code under the hood. It is updated hourly to stay in sync with the upstream SVN. Although it mirrors the R source for browsing and reference, it is not the “canonical development repo* (i.e. you can’t submit pull requests via that mirror). The repository includes build instructions, the full directory structure (src, src/library, doc, etc.), licensing information (GPL-2.0), and documentation. Developers, package authors, and curious users often browse this mirror to inspect implementation details, debug issues, or see how base functions are implemented in C or Fortran.

    RancherOS

    RancherOS

Tiny Linux distro that runs the entire OS as Docker containers

RancherOS is the smallest, easiest way to run Docker in production. Every process in RancherOS is a container managed by Docker. This includes system services such as udev and syslog. Because it only includes the services necessary to run Docker, RancherOS is significantly smaller than most traditional operating systems. By removing unnecessary libraries and services, requirements for security patches and other maintenance are also reduced. This is possible because, with Docker, users typically package all necessary libraries into their containers. Another way in which RancherOS is designed specifically for running Docker is that it always runs the latest version of Docker. This allows users to take advantage of the latest Docker capabilities and bug fixes. Like other minimalist Linux distributions, RancherOS boots incredibly quickly. Starting Docker containers is nearly instant, similar to starting any other process.

    Rapid YAML

    Rapid YAML

Library to parse and emit YAML, and do it fast

Or ryml, for short. ryml is a C++ library to parse and emit YAML, and do it fast, on everything from x64 to bare-metal chips without operating system. (If you are looking to use your programs with a YAML tree as a configuration tree with override facilities, take a look at c4conf). ryml parses both read-only and in-situ source buffers; the resulting data nodes hold only views to sub-ranges of the source buffer. No string copies or duplications are done, and no virtual functions are used. The data tree is a flat index-based structure stored in a single array. Serialization happens only at your direct request, after parsing / before emitting. Internally, the data tree representation stores only string views and has no knowledge of types, but of course, every node can have a YAML type tag. ryml makes it easy and fast to read and modify the data tree.

    Redshift

Adjust the color temperature of your screen according to surroundings

Redshift adjusts the color temperature of your screen according to your surroundings. This may help your eyes hurt less if you are working in front of the screen at night. This program is inspired by f.lux. Redshift adjusts the color temperature according to the position of the sun. A different color temperature is set during night and daytime. During twilight and early morning, the color temperature transitions smoothly from night to daytime temperature to allow your eyes to slowly adapt. At night the color temperature should be set to match the lamps in your room. This is typically a low temperature at around 3000K-4000K (default is 3700K). During the day, the color temperature should match the light from outside, typically around 5500K-6500K (default is 5500K). The light has a higher temperature on an overcast day.

    Refine

    Refine

Build your React-based CRUD applications, without constraints

With Refine you can have it all without compromising your freedom or facing constraints. Refine is headless by design. It doesn’t ship with any pre-styled components or UI by default. Instead, you can use any custom design or UI framework for 100% control over styling. Not ready for going headless yet? No problem. Refine supports four powerful UI frameworks out-of-the box. Refine is a React-based framework for the rapid development of web applications. It eliminates repetitive tasks demanded by CRUD operations and provides industry-standard solutions for critical parts like authentication, access control, routing, networking, state management, and i18n. Instead of being a limited set of pre-styled components, Refine is a collection of helper hooks, components, and providers. They are all decoupled from UI components and business logic, so that they never keep you from customizing your UI or coding your own flow.=

The warehouse's SpringBoot-based rights management system

The warehouse's SpringBoot-based rights management system is easy to read and understand, and the interface is simple and beautiful. The core technology uses Spring, MyBatis, and Shiro without any other heavy dependencies. I have always wanted to make a background management system, and I have seen many excellent open source projects but found no suitable ones. So I started to write a background system in my spare time. So there is Zoe. She can be used for all web applications, such as website management background, website member center, CMS, CRM, OA. All front-end and back-end codes are very compact and easy to use after encapsulation, and the probability of errors is low. Also supports mobile client access. The system will continue to update some useful functions. The user is the system operator, and this function mainly completes the system user configuration. Configure the system organization (company, department, group).

    ShowDoc

    ShowDoc

ShowDoc is a tool greatly applicable for an IT team to share documents

When we take over a module or project which has been developed by others, we always feel crazy watching at the codes without notes or comments. Programmers often want others to write technical documents, but not by themselves. Writing technical documents need lots of time and works, such as it needs to consider how to handle the format and layout of the documents. Beside, the man who writes the documents has to think all kinds of non-technical details. For example, which catalog should to be put in the newly-established word document. In general, all kinds of word documents are dispersively maintained by different people in a team. ShowDoc is a tool greatly applicable for an IT team to share documents online. It can promote communication efficiency between members of a team. With the development of mobile Internet, BaaS (Backend as a Service) becomes more and more popular.
