For most web projects, internationalization happens in the template or view layer, so we've built integrations with React & Vue. FormatJS is aligned with: ECMAScript Internationalization API (ECMA-402), Unicode CLDR, and ICU Message syntax. By building on these industry standards, FormatJS leverages APIs in modern browsers and works with the message syntax used by professional translators. LaMa - A Localization and Mapping library
LaMa is a C++11 software library for robotic localization and mapping developed at the Intelligent Robotics and Systems (IRIS) Laboratory at the University of Aveiro - Portugal. It includes a framework for 3D volumetric grids (for mapping), a localization algorithm based on scan matching, and two SLAM solutions (an Online SLAM and a Particle Filter SLAM). The main feature is efficiency. Low computational effort and low memory usage whenever possible. The minimum viable computer to run our localization and SLAM solutions is a Raspberry Pi 3 Model B+. We provide a fast scan-matching approach to mobile robot localization supported by a continuous likelihood field. It can be used to provide accurate localization for robots equipped with a laser and a not-so-good odometry. Nevertheless, good odometry is always recommended. -

Use React components inside localized messages without any limitations. Writing rich-text messages is as easy as writing JSX. For AI to do great translations for you, context is critical. Translating UI copy is difficult because it's usually a list of short strings without enough context. Lingui's localization formats allow developers to write descriptions of where and how your keys are used. -

XIVO
X Inertial-aided Visual Odometry
XIVO is an open-source repository for visual-inertial odometry/mapping. It is a simplified version of Corvis [Jones et al.,Tsotsos et al.], designed for pedagogical purposes, and incorporates odometry (relative motion of the sensor platform), local mapping (pose relative to a reference frame of the oldest visible features), and global mapping (pose relative to a global frame, including loop-closure and global re-localization, this feature, present in Corvis, is not yet incorporated in XIVO). XIVO runs at 140FPS on stored data (here from a RealSense D435i sensor) or on live streams with a latency of around 1-7ms, depending on the hardware. It takes as input video frames from a calibrated camera and inertial measurements from an IMU and outputs a sparse point cloud with attribute features and 6 DOF pose of the camera. It performs auto-calibration of the relative pose between the camera and the IMU as well as the time-stamp alignment. -
