    cpp-httplib

    cpp-httplib

    A C++ header-only HTTP/HTTPS server and client library

...When using SSL, it seems impossible to avoid SIGPIPE in all cases, since on some operating systems, SIGPIPE can only be suppressed on a per-message basis, but there is no way to make the OpenSSL library do so for its internal communications. If your program needs to avoid being terminated on SIGPIPE, the only fully general way might be to set up a signal handler for SIGPIPE to handle or ignore it yourself. cpp-httplib officially supports only the latest Visual Studio. It might work with former versions of Visual Studio, but I can no longer verify it.

    Open3D

    Open3D

A modern library for 3D data processing

Open3D is an open-source library that supports rapid development of software that deals with 3D data. The Open3D frontend exposes a set of carefully selected data structures and algorithms in both C++ and Python. The backend is highly optimized and is set up for parallelization. Open3D was developed from a clean slate with a small and carefully considered set of dependencies. It can be set up on different platforms and compiled from source with minimal effort. The code is clean, consistently styled, and maintained via a clear code review mechanism. ...

    Catch2

    Catch2

A modern, C++-native, test framework for unit-tests, TDD and BDD

...Catch2's main advantage is that using it is both simple and natural. Test names do not have to be valid identifiers, assertions look like normal C++ boolean expressions, and sections provide a nice and local way to share set-up and tear-down code in tests. You are on the devel branch, where the v3 version is being developed. v3 brings a bunch of significant changes, the big one being that Catch2 is no longer a single-header library. Catch2 now behaves as a normal library, with multiple headers and separately compiled implementation.

    rr

    rr

    Record and Replay Framework

...You record a failure once, then debug the recording, deterministically, as many times as you want. The same execution is replayed every time. rr also provides efficient reverse execution under gdb. Set breakpoints and data watchpoints and quickly reverse-execute to where they were hit. rr works on real applications and is used by many developers to fix real bugs. It makes debugging hard bugs much easier, but also speeds up debugging of easy bugs.

    Open CPP Widget Library (OCWL)

Simple widget classes for C++ development

This project aims to provide a set of simple controls to support user interface development in C++ apps which use a graphics API. This is only a set of widget classes. Each widget class provides vertex data for rendering but rendering itself is not covered (use OpenGL + FreeType or DirectX) nor is window handling (use eg. SDL, Qt, or GLFW). Currently under full-time development. An example project is provided which has four dependencies: SDL, OpenGL, GLEW and GLM. Feature set not...

    Bat2015

    Bachelor of Science (Informatik)

...We create a distributed system with Apache thrift and the C-API of glpk. Now, it is possible to use as many cores in a network as you want. With a focus on the MILP methods we implement a load balancing and speed up the solving process in a multiplicative way. Sometimes we have super-linear speedup with a small set of hardware. With a splitting of problems, parallel computing and distributing the actual best solution to all running processes we solve CBP much faster than a sequential processing can do.

SWAPHI-LS: Alignment on Xeon Phi Cluster

Smith-Waterman long DNA sequence alignment on Xeon Phi clusters

The first parallel Smith-Waterman algorithm exploiting Intel Xeon Phi clusters to accelerate the alignment of long DNA sequences. This algorithm is written in C++ (with a set of SIMD intrinsic extensions), OpenMP and MPI. The performance evaluation revealed that our algorithm achieves very stable performance, and yields a performance of up to 30.1 GCUPS on a single Xeon Phi and up to 111.4 GCUPS on four Xeon Phis sharing a host.
