Metadata.net is a collection of website components and tools for creating and using metadata produced by the eResearch Group at ITEE, University of Queensland.

A lightweight IDE for Artificial Intelligence. Started as GUI for the Euler reasoning engine. The sources can be N3, RDF, OWL, UML, eCore, plain XML or XSD, files or URL's. Wraps Drools (or CWM, FuXi) as N3 rules engines. Model based app. generation.

Here we introduce a Genomic Epidemiology Ontology (GenEpiO) that covers vocabulary necessary to identify, document and research food-borne pathogens and associated outbreaks. We envision various subdomains including genomic laboratory testing, specimen and isolate metadata, and epidemiological case investigations. The project files are currently hosted at https://github.com/GenEpiO/genepio/ . Here we provide the genepio-consortium@lists.sourceforge.net listserve. Terms for these subdomains have partially been implemented in the main file, **genepio.owl**, which imports terms from over 25 OboFoundry.org ontologies. Also we have added a number of terms that so far haven't been covered via OboFoundry. Recognizing that GenEpiO encompasses many domains, we are advocating a consortium approach for enhancing its content via interested parties that need particular domain terminology.

Porting of the SmartM3 Triple Space's KP on JavaScript. Due to limitations on JS connectivity a "WebSocket to TCP" relay has been developed in order to enable JavaScript KP to communicato with a SmartM3 SIB. Relay is based on jWebSocketServer. User manual currently only in italian :(

JSNAV - a library that allows to specify and save some javascript calls in the page's URI. This library helps to standardize the coding javascript URI handler in the anchors. Also it helps to keep the classic navigation anchors.

This project is a search engine that gathers data from an ontology. We took as exemple an ontology of researchers. The search uses the properties and works with partial queries and substrings. The client searching doesn't have to use the DLQuery nor the Manchester OWL Syntax, the engine we made builds the query in these syntaxes.

TurtleScript is a semantic web project to demonstrate the utility of including the Turtle RDF serialization in HTML files as a form of metadata. It is intended as proposed alternative or supplement to microformats and RDFa.

This Projects aims to create a server-client architecture to make annotation of web elements not only possible, but easy to use.
