    BIRAP

    Bacterial Intergenic Region Analysis Pipeline

...The pipeline requires “pileup” output from SAMtools for RNA-seq data and peptide/ePST locus file (GFF) from the Proteogenomic Mapping tool for prote-ogenomics data along with the genome and existing in silico annotation. When information regarding the locus of promot-ers and terminators in the genome (in .coords format) is pro-vided, the pipeline will also help identify non-coding RNA.

    ApproxAdderLib

    Library of Approximate Adders

We provide MATLAB and Verilog Models of GeAr, and previously proposed adders (ACA-I, ETAII, ACA-II and GDA) at http://sourceforge.net/projects/approxadderlib/ GeAr is a low latency Generic Accuracy Configurable Adder that provides a higher number of potential configurations compared to state-of-the-art approximate adders, thus enabling a high degree of flexibility and trade-off between performance and output quality. These MATALB and Verilog models can allow software programmer as well as hardware designers to evaluate their code and design. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first open-source library of approximate adders that facilitates reproducible comparisons and further research and development in this direction across various layers of design abstraction. This work is a result of collaborative effort between Chair for Embedded Systems (CES) at Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT), Germany and Vision Image and Signal Processing (VISpro) Lab at SEECS-NUST, Pakistan.

    vHDL Obfuscator GUI

    vHDL Obfuscator GUI

vHDL Obfuscator is an small GUI to obfuscate and reformat HDL files

VHDL and Verilog HDL are standards languages for hardware description. Sometimes is necessary to share the source HDL file but maintaining a little level of control and protection of the intellectual property. This tool generate obfuscated code that is almost unreadable to humans, but is still readable to compilers and simulators. This tool use GHDL (https://sourceforge.net/projects/ghdl-updates/), HDLObf (https://sourceforge.net/projects/hdlobf/), Icarus Verilog (https://sourceforge.net/projects/iverilog/) and was created in Lazarus (http://www.lazarus-ide.org/)

    Fluid2D

Fluid2D is the Swiss army knife of 2D CFD

Fluid2D allows to study a wide variety of 2D flows. It is written entirely in Python. It is both a teaching code and a research code, capable of running from one core to thousands. Its numerics has been chosen to yield to as small dissipation as possible allowing to simulate easily high Reynolds flows, much higher than any of its concurrents. High performances are achieved by writting most of the operations as matrix-vector multiplications, handled by numpy that itself relies on the highly...

    steam-sim

An accurate, scalable, and energy-aware simulator for WSNs

STEAM-Sim establishes a hardware/software/network co-simulation of wireless sensor networks. Original C code is used in simulation. The code is natively executed by the cpu where the simulation is run. The time annotation engine annotates the C source code used for simulation with the timing information as if the code is run on a microcontroller. The annotation process is fully automated. Hardware models are developed using the PAWiS framework and reflect the timing, functionality, and energy-consumption of real-world hardware such as a CC2420 radio transceiver. ...
