    TinyGSM

    TinyGSM

A small Arduino library for GSM modules, that just works

...Now, you have more space for your experiments. TCP (HTTP, MQTT, Blynk, ...) All modules support TCP connections. Most modules support multiple simultaneous connections. TCP and SSL connections can usually be mixed up to the total number of possible connections. Many GSM modems, WiFi, and radio modules can be controlled by sending AT commands over Serial. TinyGSM knows which commands to send, and how to handle AT responses, and wraps that into the standard Arduino Client interface.

    Dshell

    Dshell

Dshell is a network forensic analysis framework

...Enables development of external plugin packs, allowing the sharing and installation of new, externally-developed plugins without overlapping the core Dshell libraries. Plugins can now use all output modules, available to the command line switch, -O. That does not mean every output module will be useful to every plugin (e.g. using netflow output for a plugin that looks at individual packets), but they are available.

    Fusion Detection Pipeline

    Fusion Detection Pipeline

Fusion gene detection pipeline bundled into a Singularity container.

Fusion gene detection by RNA-seq requires prior setup of several software modules and dependencies which might be troublesome. Furthermore, fusion detection tools tend to report many false positives. Therefore, we developed a detection and filtering workflow bundled into a Singularity container for a streamlined and easy-to-use application. Arriba and FusionCatcher are utilized for fusion calling. Our filtering pipeline uses read counts generated by FeatureCounts and insert size estimation by Picard Tools for calculation of our filtering metrics: Fusion Transcript Score (FTS). ...

    pyrpl

PyRPL turns your Red Pitaya into a powerful analog feedback device.

...Based on the open source software provided by the board manufacturer, PyRPL (Python RedPitaya Lockbox) implements many devices that are needed for optics experiments with the Red Pitaya. PyRPL implements various digital signal processing (DSP) modules (see features below). It allows to arbitrarily interconnect the available DSP modules and retrieve signal values on timescales below 1 ms. The graphical user interface (GUI) provides a realtime display of the various measurement instruments and allows the easy configuration of DSP signal chains and feedback controllers. At the highest abstraction level, arbitrary feedback sequences can be defined to fulfill tasks as complex as approaching and locking a resonance of a high-finesse Fabry-Perot cavity (tested up to finesse=100,000).
