A Linux driver for RTD DM5408 / DM408 ISA acquisition card. A DKMS module and a dynamic library written from scratch but trying to keep same functions structure of its official Windows 98 driver. Reconstruction and Visualization from Multiple Sections (ReViMS), an open-source, user-friendly software for automatically estimating volume and several other features of 3D multicellular aggregates (i.e., cancer spheroid, zebrafish, fruit fly). ReViMS requires a z-stack of 2D binary masks, obtained by segmenting a sequence of fluorescent images acquired by scanning the aggregate along the z axis, using a confocal or a light-sheet fluorescent microscope. It provides a number of tools for: (a) segmenting z-stacks of fluorescence images; (b) reconstructing the 3D surface of the aggregates and estimating several features (including the volume). ReViMS is written in MATLAB (The MathWorks, Inc., Massachusetts, USA). It is an open-source tool and the source code is freely available at: http://sourceforge.net/p/revims Requirements: MATLAB R2017b and Image Processing Toolbox 10.1 or later versions.

It's a very light Redhat Linux and Oracle OVM System Performance Monitoring tool written in Perl using rrdtool for Database and Graphing. Allows you to query the RRD database given a set of dates and generates a web based graphs. Easy to install. Uses less disk space than most performance monitoring tool. Data of each host monitored is kept for 2 years and occupy less that 25 MB of disk space.

A simple project

A reliability demonstration chart (RDC) shows when failure observations indicate that a failure intensity objective has or has not been met. This project provides an Excel spreadsheet that produces an RDC from failure data and risk parameters.

This LabView project includes a Web Service (WS) and website interface hosted by a LabView server. The WS and website allow clients to acquire measurements from instruments remotely in real time, using standard browsers (e.g. iPhone) without plugins.

Get, record, display and save DSO data. RigolDso is a Java application that is useful to get data from a Rigol DS1052E digital oscilloscope. The idea is about to use the DSO for get measure (without PC control) and then easily and fastly transfer data to PC (USB) for documentation of a project. You can show data and parameters about measures save them in CSV files or (in future) bitmap, pdf, ps. I don't wish to control the DSO but read, manipulate and save data. It is a java application but at this moment it work on linux only, but I think it should be easy get it working for M$W. It works but it is a beta version, your linux user has to be able to read and write on "/dev/usbtmc0" (see readme.txt" file).

In the selective laser melting process (SLM), components are built up layer by layer by incremental melting of metal powder with a laser beam. This process leads to locally inhomogeneous material properties of the manufactured components. By integrating these specific material properties of the SLM-process into a topology optimization, product developers can be supported in the design process by simulation. This program can make histograms, table and graphics of datas, study the error propagation during a measure, it is usefull if you have to do study errors propagations. The output are latex files, so it is easy for you just put them into your relations.

Screenograma is an automation tool which allows users to execute sequences of mouse and keyboard actions as well as to provide some visual and audible feedback. The original purpose of the program was to provide the means for design and execution of experimental protocol interacting with the proprietary physiological data recording software. The core functionality needed for this task is to: show instructions to the test subject, start the recording of the physiological parameter, make sound to initiate the beginning of the movement, show target to the subject, capture the results of the experiment, stop the recording and save the result. Currently the program has a minimalistic interface which aids the creation of the script.
