The absence of large datasets of ‘with_mask’ images has made this task cumbersome and challenging. Our face mask detector doesn't use any morphed masked images dataset and the model is accurate. Owing to the use of MobileNetV2 architecture, it is computationally efficient, thus making it easier to deploy the model to embedded systems (Raspberry Pi, Google Coral, etc.).

    GPUImage 2 is the second generation of the GPUImage framework, an open source project for performing GPU-accelerated image and video processing on Mac, iOS, and now Linux. The original GPUImage framework was written in Objective-C and targeted Mac and iOS, but this latest version is written entirely in Swift and can also target Linux and future platforms that support Swift code. The objective of the framework is to make it as easy as possible to set up and perform realtime video processing or machine vision against image or video sources. By relying on the GPU to run these operations, performance improvements of 100X or more over CPU-bound code can be realized. This is particularly noticeable in mobile or embedded devices. On an iPhone 4S, this framework can easily process 1080p video at over 60 FPS. On a Raspberry Pi 3, it can perform Sobel edge detection on live 720p video at over 20 FPS.

    HomeKit support for the impatient using Docker on x86_64

    This Ubuntu Linux based Docker image allows you to run Nfarina's Homebridge on your home network which emulates the iOS HomeKit API. This is a multi-arch image and will run on x86_64, Raspberry Pi 2, 3, 4, Zero 2 W, or other Docker-enabled ARMv7/8 devices. Docker will automatically pull the correct image for your system. Homebridge requires full access to your local network to function correctly. This image will not work when using Docker for Mac or Docker for Windows. The parameters are split into two halves, separated by a colon, the left-hand side representing the host and the right container side. This image comes with the Homebridge UI pre-installed and is the easiest way to manage all aspects of Homebridge. Automated updates of the Homebridge Docker Image using tools such as Watchtower or similar are strongly discouraged and are done so at your own risk. You can update Homebridge, the Homebridge UI and the Node.js runtime from inside the container.

You can find a lot of information on how to use IPFS on the official website. If you just want to test whether the installation was successful or not, you can list your node's peers. The IPFS daemon needs to be running in order for your IPFS node to appear online. The installer already takes care of running the daemon on system startup by default, but if you want to control that process manually, you can use the operating system's init system directly.

    LaMa is a C++11 software library for robotic localization and mapping developed at the Intelligent Robotics and Systems (IRIS) Laboratory at the University of Aveiro - Portugal. It includes a framework for 3D volumetric grids (for mapping), a localization algorithm based on scan matching, and two SLAM solutions (an Online SLAM and a Particle Filter SLAM). The main feature is efficiency. Low computational effort and low memory usage whenever possible. The minimum viable computer to run our localization and SLAM solutions is a Raspberry Pi 3 Model B+. We provide a fast scan-matching approach to mobile robot localization supported by a continuous likelihood field. It can be used to provide accurate localization for robots equipped with a laser and a not-so-good odometry. Nevertheless, good odometry is always recommended.

    This project's goal is making a rich, modern, and pure (not X11 dependent) OpenGL implementation of controls for 2D applications and HUDs for 3D games. Supporting the OpenTK project (C# + OpenGL). If we should keep actions/logic and UI separate, should we not also keep control appearance and UI (In/Out) separate? For example a "Button" is only a container, that has content, with some sort of border of a particular geometric shape (as are many controls), the only logic in a button is it that it responds to certain user events. I define it as such in OpenTK.GameWindowControls. Please note that this project is in early development. And I am currently looking for supporting developers. Especially people strong in OpenGL.     The Overboot project uses manageable read-only layers to compose the system image at boot time. The general concept can be compared to Docker, but run earlier and on a system-wide basis. The two main components are obinit, written in C and run at boot time, and the extensible C++ obctl application that provides administration tools (CLI, API, management panel, etc.). Possible applications: - creating, testing, and distributing update packages, - creating and managing system snapshots without using virtual machines, - protecting the root partition from unwanted changes and damage, - speeding up services and applications running in the user space, - reducing the number of write cycles in flash drives, - versioning changes across the system, - quick rollback of changes or updates, - quick and easy device role switching, - debugging, - practice systems for students and trainers.
