OnnxStream
Lightweight inference library for ONNX files, written in C++
The challenge is to run Stable Diffusion 1.5, which includes a large transformer model with almost 1 billion parameters, on a Raspberry Pi Zero 2, which is a microcomputer with 512MB of RAM, without adding more swap space and without offloading intermediate results on disk. The recommended minimum RAM/VRAM for Stable Diffusion 1.5 is typically 8GB. Generally, major machine learning frameworks and libraries are focused on minimizing inference latency and/or maximizing throughput, all of which at the cost of RAM usage. So I decided to write a super small and hackable inference library specifically focused on minimizing memory consumption: OnnxStream. OnnxStream is based on the idea of decoupling the inference engine from the component responsible for providing the model weights, which is a class derived from WeightsProvider. A WeightsProvider specialization can implement any type of loading, caching, and prefetching of the model parameters. -

However, it does not use the latest MongoDB to support Raspberry Pi 32bit. Used MongoDB version is 3.2.20, which is provided by apcheamitru. The bot is tested/working with Linux and Raspberry Pi 4 32bit. Other platforms are not tested. -

pv-migrate is a CLI tool/kubectl plugin to easily migrate the contents of one Kubernetes PersistentVolumeClaim to another. On Kubernetes, if you need to rename a resource (like a Deployment) or to move it to a different namespace, you can simply create a copy of its manifest with the new namespace and/or name and apply it. However, it is not as simple with PersistentVolumeClaim resources: They are not only metadata, but they also store data in the underlying storage backend. In these cases, moving the data stored in the PVC can become a problem, making migrations more difficult. -

A J2ME emulator for Windows, Linux, and Raspberry Pi
FreeJ2ME is a simple J2ME emulator with a focus on old mobile phone games. It was designed to run on Windows, desktop Linux, and on the Raspberry Pi 3 using Libretro and Retroarch as provided by RetroPie. It supports some games not playable using MicroEmulator and Kemulat0r, though it does not support every game those play. At the moment, it's best to have all three if you're interested in those types of games. Some games only run at specific resolutions. Per-game configuration is available from the menu (by pressing esc). Preferences are saved and will automatically load. Games automatically scale with the window size, making it easy to play games designed for smaller screen sizes. The Java portion can be built using Apache Ant with the build.xml file provided. The Libretro core can be built using the build.sh script. Installation instructions for the Libretro core for RetroPie are included. An Arduino IDE compatible graphics and fonts library for 32-bit processors. The library is targeted at 32-bit processors, it has been performance-optimized for STM32, ESP8266 and ESP32 types. The library can be loaded using the Arduino IDE's Library Manager. Direct Memory Access (DMA) can be used with the ESP32, RP2040, and STM32 processors to improve rendering performance. "Four wire" SPI and 8 bit parallel interfaces are supported.
