Cloud tools for web scraping and data extraction
Deploy pre-built tools that crawl websites, extract structured data, and feed your applications. Reliable web data without maintaining scrapers.
Automate web data collection with cloud tools that handle anti-bot measures, browser rendering, and data transformation out of the box. Extract content from any website, push to vector databases for RAG workflows, or pipe directly into your apps via API. Schedule runs, set up webhooks, and connect to your existing stack. Free tier available, then scale as you need to.
...However, one advantage of using a commercial setup – repeatability and unification, cannot be archived, as every laboratory is developing a specific data acquisition protocol and software.
Our Nanopuller software (open ISC license) presented here is intended to eliminate this obstacle. We give access to a program, which with only a minimum effort can be adjusted for vast array of typical equipment.
RS232 based Nd:YAG laser control and automation interface
...This is achieved by monitoring a TTL signal via the computer LTP1 port, whose signal is transmitted via RS232 to the laser unit, also used to control basic laser parameters, like pulse divider (laser frequency) and Q-Switch.
The Shutter modulation feature allows the user to use the TTL signal to open the laser shutter on demand, controlling the length of the laser pulsed as desired. This method yields reproducible full power laser pulses.
The original motivation was to interface mass spectrometer data systems to diverse laser systems.

A program for interference effects correction in PL excitation spectra
The iCorrector is aimed to model and correct the interference fringes affecting the photoluminescence excitation spectra of thin-film dielectric samples. The calculations of the interference profile are performed taking into account the experimental conditions: excitation light incidence angle, wavelength range, luminescent centers distribution.
An excitation field depth distribution map (*.bmp), normally calculated by the IMD software (D.L. Windt) is required for the calculations.

MOPlot - visualization program for fast Molecular Orbitals Plotting (and other stuff - please, read the full description) from the outputs of the Gaussian 09-94, Molcas, Gamess/US, Firefly quantum chemical calculation packages.
This toolkit allows complete control of a microscopy setup from Labview, Matlab, Scilab, Python, .Net, VB, IgorPro, Mathematica and more. Included is a standalone program for image acquisition and scripting control of a scientific microscope.
The goal of this project is to develop an easily modifiable combination of VHDL firmware and LabView drivers for use with laboratory automation control and data acquisition using Terasic's DE2 board and the ISP1362 USB interface chip.
