This is a recopilation of programs programmed by Eliot Hijano using either Java or Ruby. All the programs have something in common with both physics and Maths and are explained mathematically and physically in its own pdf.

This program can make histograms, table and graphics of datas, study the error propagation during a measure, it is usefull if you have to do study errors propagations. The output are latex files, so it is easy for you just put them into your relations.

Scintillate-Suite consists of Scintillate!, Multiply!, and Evaluate!. Scintillate! uses Geant4 to simulate the scintillation process in scintillator-based gamma detectors and produces lists with the incidence time and position of visible photons on the cathode of an attached photomultiplier tube (PMT). Multiply! simulates the PMT and Evaluate! allows for evaluating results as well as testing a number of evaluation algorithms used in digital spectrometry applications.

Software for calculating geometric properties of cross sections and polygons. Calculates: area, moments of inertia, product of inertia, radius of gyration, section modulus, among others. It also supports import and export of CSV, JSON and DXF files. Able to do geometric transformations and 2D and 3D visualization of the cross sections.

Seer is a multipurpose data analysis package for Monte Carlo simulation data, particularly for collider physics processes. Seer reads LHCO files and performs a variety of cuts and analyses on the data for either exploratory data analysis or reproduction of experimental studies.

Improving the speed of the signal analysis code for Seti@home. Leveraging modern processors advanced features such as SIMD and parallel execution units, as well as identifying better methods to code existing functions.

Calculates Shockley-Read-Hall recombination in semiconductors with 2 defect levels in dependence on photo generation rate. The program runs within MATLAB programming environment version 6.5.0 release 13 or newer offering a Graphical User Interface (GUI).

Simcas is a simple and very flexible analog simulator. SimCAS uses symbolic equations to define components and solves the net system by using a "Computer Algebra System" algorithm.

SIMBUCA (before called Simonion) is a simulation package that simulates the motion of charged particles under the influence of Electric and/or Magnetic fields. What makes Simbuca unique is that you can choose to calculate the Coulomb interaction between ions on a Graphics cards which is much faster than calculating this on the conventional CPU (reducing the simulation time from years to days). Therefore Simbuca has been applied in various projects which required to understand the behaviour of charged "trapped" particles under the influence of EM Fields and there mutual Coulomb interaction. Simbuca is easy to read and understand and can be tweaked to your personal needs. It has been applied to simulate different types of particles: for example antiprotons, positrons, 39K+ , highly charged ions, negatively charged particles. Slowmo is an application developed to calculate and plot the travel times of the wave front of a tsunami.
