The Central Library is a mathematics library written in C++.

DEXA is dedicated to providing post-experiment signal processing of DiffXAS signals. By combining ab initio theory with measured spectra, structural strain parameters may be extracted from the differential signals at an intrinsic, atomic scale.

The GWO library is numerical calculation library for the diffraction integrals using a GPU (Graphics Processing Unit). If optics engineers and researchers have no knowledge of GPU, the GWO library provides them with the GPU calculation power easily.

The purpose of the Programmable Chip EEG BCI project is to create a EEG that is modernized with some of the latest hardware. The Design uses lower amplification and higher bit analog to digital converters to remove the need for filtering and amplifying.

The Secret of NIM is a software writen in PHP/MySQL and JavaScript. It shows a graphical representation of a logic scheme with wires connecting logic modules which have specific parameters. This software has been developped for NIM/TTL logic, thus his simplicity allows also the representation of other logic systems, numeric systems or analogic systems i.e. the pedal board of an electric guitar. The Secret of NIM is divided in two parts. The first one is the main part of the software. It edit different project, connect modules with wires and edit the parameters of those modules. The other part of the sofware is an utility. It edits the modules which will be used for the projects or create them if they aren't in the database yet. The Secret of NIM is a all-in-one software, easy to use and very helpful for saving the wiring of an experiment. But it can't do the logic itseft, it allows only a visualisation of the logic.

The VP7 WKP is a GTK program which simulates the decay of radioactive nuclei. The user can do decay/activity measurements on various pre- or user defined materials. It is also possible to study the effectivity of aluminium, paper and lead as shields. This

Plots a parameterized family of curves

ThermV thermal analysis software package aims to provide the most sophisticated automatic analysis of thermal analysis data (TG/DTG, DTA and DSC). It offers new algorithm for concurrent peak deconvolution at different heating rates and provides full kinetic analysis of these data, including isoconversional methods for Ea, determination of reaction model and full kinetic triplet, Avrami coefficients, and dimensionality of crystal growth for reactions in the solid state. The project is currently in alpha stage, where individual modules will be provided for data analysis. The modules for peak deconvolution, peak profile analysis and determination of Ea and lnA will be provided first. Full GUI will be provided in beta stage. Due to computational limitations, the code is partly programmed in Python and partly in R. Python code will eventually be fully integrated into GUI. R code might remain standalone, although it will be integrated to a highest possible degree. Distributed under GPL

Thermocouple Scripts. Thermocouples generate a voltage at a given temperature. The relationship isn't simple. There are published tables, but the format can be awkward. This project supplies tools to find, parse, plot, and curve-fit thermocouple data.

ThiMeT v1.0 Thickness Measurement Tool for SRIM ThiMeT is a code for thickness calculation using SRIM (www.srim.org) stopping power values. ThiMeT code also can be used for the determination of the required thickness for energy degraders which are needed for nuclear reactions. Track, in realtime, horizontal and vertical displacement of object in webcam. Log timestamp, x and y to comma-separated value (.csv) file importable to spreadsheet. Uses Lukas-Kanade algorithm and based on lkdemo.cpp in OpenCV, stripped down to track single point in high contrast against a uniform background. Based on the BSD licensed OpenCV, TrackXY also has BSD-style license. I am a bit embarrassed to be posting this here, because it's such a rudimentary program, but I couldn't find any other ready-made program that would track an object in real-time from webcam, other than an $80 special-purpose program used in the original (torsion balance) experiment we were replicating. I released TrackXY to reduce barriers to entry to science. Planned features include versions for each platform, a GUI, comprehensive data management, and data analysis tools. To analyze motion in /recorded/ video (not real-time), you may prefer something like PhysMo, also a SourceForge project.
