OMK are several small projects that can be glued together to build custom music controllers based on both free hard- and software. Our most prominent one is the Chimaera, a polymagnetophonic theremin offering an unprecedented expressive and dynamic play.

An open-source project to develop a free, modern and sophisticated plant generation tool. This tool will feature an easy to use interface, and will be scalable, able to produce a large batch of similar plants simultaneously. The project is current just starting - I'm laying down some basic code to generate a tree skeleton, then using that skeleton to create an "envelope" mesh. Then I plan on adding features in subsequent releases. Then I'll probably end up rewriting all of the code and writing some documentation at the point where I have a good basic feature set. I will release new alphas every few weeks, containing source code and OS-specific binaries, unless I put development on hold for a while (see below). Project is currently ACTIVE. However, the next release is a complete remake of the existing code, so won't be around for a while. Please make sure you view the latest screenshots (slide to the right on the screenshot bar)!

SDL Framework (SDLFW) SDLFW is a cross-platform framework from the powerful SDL library to create your own 2D games with the Lua programming language. It's easy-to-use, free, open-source, and works on Windows and Linux.

An image processing application based on a scripting language: now LUA (LIP subproject). Some native function are built-in, and some use other projects (FreeImage and FreeType).

Arcan is a portable and fully scriptable frontend for launching games, emulators and other full-screen applications in a visual appealing way, as seamlessly as possible. The API is sufficiently complete for other projects as well, e.g. rapid game prototyping (both 2D and 3D). Note that we have left sourceforge (thanks for all the spam). irrBuild generates native solution, Makefile and workspace for irrlicht library and its examples using Premake based build scripts. These scripts can also be used as build templates for cross platform irrlicht applications.

These Apps run on a small portable web server (Lua Xavante wsapi, size < 3MB), so you can take it on flash usb and use a web GUI (Firefox, Chrome), internet connection is not required, data are stored in path. EOS Multimedia Scripting Environment is a programming environment, based on Lua scripting, designed for development of videogames and multimedia applications. The software is released under a custom zlib License, and is free also for commercial purposes.

This engine is not an attemp to re-inventing the wheel. It is a more learning-oriented project than something intended to provide a wide set of features. The approach to the OpenGL in this engine is something very experimental born from my own thoughts and can be usefull in future.
