ZXing Android Embedded is a barcode scanning library for Android, using ZXing for decoding. The project is loosely based on the ZXing Android Barcode Scanner application but is not affiliated with the official ZXing project. By default, only SDK 24+ will work, even though the library specifies 19 as the minimum version. For SDK versions 19+, one of the changes changes below are required. Some older SDK versions below 19 may work, but this is not tested or supported. While this is not the primary purpose of this library, it does include basic support for generating some barcode types. To change the orientation, specify the orientation in your AndroidManifest.xml and let the ManifestMerger to update the Activity's definition. The camera permission is required for barcode scanning to function. It is automatically included as part of the library. On Android 6 it is requested at runtime when the barcode scanner is first opened. -

Scene is a computer vision framework that performs background subtraction and object tracking, using two traditional algorithms and three more recent algorithms based on neural networks and fuzzy classification rules. For each detected object, Scene sends TUIO messages to one or several client applications. The present release features GPU accelerated versions of all the background subtraction methods and morphological post processing of the object blobs with dilation and erosion filters, implemented in OpenCL. The framework was mainly designed as a toolkit for the rapid development of interactive art projects that explore dynamics of complex environments. The Scene GUI runs and compiles under Windows, Linux, and MacOS X, and is available in both 32 bit and 64 bit versions.

Airsonic is designed to handle very large music collections (hundreds of gigabytes). Although optimized for MP3 streaming, it works for any audio or video format that can stream over HTTP, for instance AAC and OGG. By using transcoder plug-ins, Airsonic supports on-the-fly conversion and streaming of virtually any audio format, including WMA, FLAC, APE, Musepack, WavPack and Shorten. If you have constrained bandwidth, you may set an upper limit for the bit rate of the music streams. Airsonic will then automatically re-sample the music to a suitable bit rate. -
