    MuseGAN

    MuseGAN

    An AI for Music Generation

MuseGAN is a deep learning research project designed to generate symbolic music using generative adversarial networks. The system focuses specifically on generating multi-track polyphonic music, meaning that it can simultaneously produce multiple instrument parts such as drums, bass, piano, guitar, and strings. Instead of generating raw audio, the model operates on piano-roll representations of music, which encode notes as time-pitch matrices for each instrument track. This representation allows the neural network to capture rhythmic patterns, harmonic relationships, and structural dependencies across instruments. The architecture is based on convolutional GAN models that learn temporal musical structure and inter-track relationships from training data. The project was trained using the Lakh Pianoroll Dataset, a large collection of multitrack musical sequences derived from MIDI files.

    PyTorch Ignite

    PyTorch Ignite

Library to help with training and evaluating neural networks

High-level library to help with training and evaluating neural networks in PyTorch flexibly and transparently. Less code than pure PyTorch while ensuring maximum control and simplicity. Library approach and no program's control inversion. Use ignite where and when you need. Extensible API for metrics, experiment managers, and other components. The cool thing with handlers is that they offer unparalleled flexibility (compared to, for example, callbacks). Handlers can be any function: e.g. lambda, simple function, class method, etc. Thus, we do not require to inherit from an interface and override its abstract methods which could unnecessarily bulk up your code and its complexity. Extremely simple engine and event system. Out-of-the-box metrics to easily evaluate models. Built-in handlers to compose training pipeline, save artifacts and log parameters and metrics.

    Semantic Router

    Semantic Router

Superfast AI decision making and processing of multi-modal data

Semantic Router is a superfast decision-making layer for your LLMs and agents. Rather than waiting for slow, unreliable LLM generations to make tool-use or safety decisions, we use the magic of semantic vector space — routing our requests using semantic meaning. Combining LLMs with deterministic rules means we can be confident that our AI systems behave as intended. Cramming agent tools into the limited context window is expensive, slow, and fundamentally limited. Semantic Router enables lightning-fast and cheap tool usage that can scale to many thousands of tools. LLMs are slow, yet we use them for every decision in agentic use-cases. Semantic Router swaps slow LLM calls for superfast route decisions.

    Semantra

    Semantra

    Multi-tool for semantic search

Semantra is an open-source semantic search tool designed to help users explore large collections of documents by meaning rather than simple keyword matching. The software analyzes text and PDF documents stored locally and creates embeddings that allow queries to retrieve results based on conceptual similarity. It is primarily intended for individuals who need to extract insights from large document collections, including researchers, journalists, students, and historians. The system runs from the command line and automatically launches a local web interface where users can perform interactive searches and examine document passages related to a query. By relying on semantic embeddings and contextual analysis, the tool can identify passages that are relevant even when the query uses different wording than the source documents.

    TorchAudio

    TorchAudio

Data manipulation and transformation for audio signal processing

The aim of torchaudio is to apply PyTorch to the audio domain. By supporting PyTorch, torchaudio follows the same philosophy of providing strong GPU acceleration, having a focus on trainable features through the autograd system, and having consistent style (tensor names and dimension names). Therefore, it is primarily a machine learning library and not a general signal processing library. The benefits of PyTorch can be seen in torchaudio through having all the computations be through PyTorch operations which makes it easy to use and feel like a natural extension.

    AIMET

    AIMET

AIMET is a library that provides advanced quantization and compression

Qualcomm Innovation Center (QuIC) is at the forefront of enabling low-power inference at the edge through its pioneering model-efficiency research. QuIC has a mission to help migrate the ecosystem toward fixed-point inference. With this goal, QuIC presents the AI Model Efficiency Toolkit (AIMET) - a library that provides advanced quantization and compression techniques for trained neural network models. AIMET enables neural networks to run more efficiently on fixed-point AI hardware accelerators. Quantized inference is significantly faster than floating point inference. For example, models that we’ve run on the Qualcomm® Hexagon™ DSP rather than on the Qualcomm® Kryo™ CPU have resulted in a 5x to 15x speedup. Plus, an 8-bit model also has a 4x smaller memory footprint relative to a 32-bit model. However, often when quantizing a machine learning model (e.g., from 32-bit floating point to an 8-bit fixed point value), the model accuracy is sacrificed.

    Alphafold2

    Alphafold2

Unofficial Pytorch implementation / replication of Alphafold2

To eventually become an unofficial working Pytorch implementation of Alphafold2, the breathtaking attention network that solved CASP14. Will be gradually implemented as more details of the architecture is released. Once this is replicated, I intend to fold all available amino acid sequences out there in-silico and release it as an academic torrent, to further science. Deepmind has open sourced the official code in Jax, along with the weights! This repository will now be geared towards a straight pytorch translation with some improvements on positional encoding. lhatsk has reported training a modified trunk of this repository, using the same setup as trRosetta, with competitive results. The underlying assumption is that the trunk works on the residue level, and then constitutes to atomic level for the structure module, whether it be SE3 Transformers, E(n)-Transformer, or EGNN doing the refinement.

    BitNet

    BitNet

BitNet: Scaling 1-bit Transformers for Large Language Models

BitNet is a machine learning research implementation that explores extremely low-precision neural network architectures designed to dramatically reduce the computational cost of large language models. The project implements the BitNet architecture described in research on scaling transformer models using extremely low-bit quantization techniques. In this approach, neural network weights are quantized to approximately one bit per parameter, allowing models to operate with far lower memory usage than traditional 16-bit or 32-bit neural networks. The architecture introduces specialized layers such as BitLinear, which replace standard linear projections in transformer networks with quantized operations. By limiting weight precision while maintaining efficient scaling and normalization strategies, the architecture aims to retain competitive performance while significantly reducing hardware requirements.
