Open Finder window with fixed size

This AppleScript "Open Applications folder" opens a Finder window for the "Applications" directory in a fixed size. The Finder sometimes "suffers" from amnesia regarding to its window sizes. Just put this compiled script into the dock and you have it at hand quickly. Alternatively I wrote a service which can be installed easily and assigned a keyboard shortcut to execute this code (when the finder is topmost application, just by clicking into the dock for example). -

In later versions, you will be able to add and remove sections such as divs. It's easiest to run the tool on Mac OS X, because then you can use AppleScript to save the modified web page contents. If you're using Mac OS X, and if you want to use AppleScripts to save your changes, then you must use the Safari web browser. Save Web Page Inputs
Save user inputs into web a page
A JavaScript function called getNewHtml() determines what the html of a file would be, if the user's inputs were hard-coded into the html. The function then returns a string of characters with this information. An AppleScript called replaceHtml.scpt calls getNewHtml(), and sets string_to_write to the content of an .html file. The AppleScript then write the string to a TextWrangler file. This is a first rough draft of the JavaScript and AppleScript, but both work now. -

Create a web page, and optionally sound files, from image files
This tool runs on a Mac. Apple's Safari web browser must be installed, because an AppleScript will send messages to Safari. - Put images into the "Pictures" folder. - Optionally, run an AppleScript that creates sound files for the images, and that puts the sound files into the "Sounds" folder. (Ex: if "Dog.jpg" is in the Pictures folder, then the AppleScript creates a sound file called "Dog.aiff", and puts Dog.aiff into the Sounds folder.
