We can then work together to find a solution, which will eventually be incorporated into the distribution. It's possible that there are devices where display rotation won't work properly. In that case, we'll check whether a ready-made hwdb file with the matrix already exists, or we'll have to try to create a corresponding file ATTENTION! In the first uploaded ISO file (renamed to deprecated) was a bug,that the display rotation doesn't work anymore, which I have fixed now. Sorry for that!! -

Salient OS is an arch-based rolling-release distribution aimed at multi-media / gaming enthusiasts. It comes pre-configured with various applications out of the box to aid you in getting started quickly without having to download these applications yourself. The default user is 'liveuser' with no password, although auto login is enabled for the live session. The installer can be found in the main menu under the System category, namely, Install Salient OS. Salient OS uses the Calamares Installer by default. By default the installer auto loads at the desktop. For gamers utilising esync/dxvk, lutris/steam proton, the system and security limits have been configured accordingly to give the best performance out of the box saving you these additional steps. De ce point de vue, DebLight OS convient à la fois aux nouveaux arrivants comme aux utilisateurs d'ordinateurs expérimentés, et même aux associations qui préfèrent remettre au goût du jour leur parc informatique plutôt que de tout remplacer trop souvent.
