nagios-statd patch for use with python >= 2.6
The nagios-statd daemon allows a Nagios server to monitor and alert about various resources on remote Linux machines. If using python >= 2.6 on the remote server, nagios-statd stops accepting connections after 39 consecutive requests in a short period of time. This patch can be applied to any nagios-statd 3.12 version released by April King on 11/17/2005. It's been tested to work with python 2.3 - 2.7. -

Each time you run it, it will look for lib32 packages currently marked as "installed as dependency for another package" in the "Install Reason" (pacman -Qi <pkg>) that are not needed anymore by any other pacakge and then will uninstall them, with user's approval. You'll probably want to run this script more than once as, by uninstalling one package, another installed as dependency might be not needed anymore. ... -

The discrete-time equivalent of Wiener's work was derived independently by Kolmogorov and published in 1941. Hence the theory is often called the Wiener-Kolmogorov filtering theory. In these examples the signal processes is the movement of the mouse and random data. Etckeeper-ng is a bash script which uses git and rsync awk sed and find to create a backup directory of your /etc linux directory. It is easy to configure. The default configuration should work on most boxes. Just make sure you have git rsync and all the other requirements installed. When you use the etckeeper-ng the first time open a terminal and type "etckeeper-ng init" to create your first initial backup or "etckeeper-ng help" to show the help for this script. -

Note: the project is basically dead, as I started rewriting it but I don't have much free time to work on it. It's basically a micro-kernel, but on top of that, instead of having multiple servers running as standalone processes, it has a modular kernel, so that each server is a module of this kernel. The micro-kernel contains only the scheduler, memory management and drivers for high-speed devices (like gigabit ethernet NICs or video cards).
