    SPSens

Stochastic parameter sensitivity analysis for chemical networks

SPSens is a complete software package written in C that estimates parameter sensitivities for stochastic models of chemical and biochemical reaction networks using Monte Carlo (MC) stochastic simulations. It is possible to estimate sensitivities with respect to system parameters using the following algorithms: finite difference methods (crude monte carlo, common reaction path, coupled finite differences); likelihood ratio methods; and regularized pathwise derivatives. Additionally the package includes basic stochastic simulation algorithms. ...

    Lagrange_Motocross

    Lagrange_Motocross

2D motorcycle simulator done using Lagrangian equations of motion

2D simulation game using exlusively Lagrangian equations of motion. It's a 2D motocross game similar to X-Moto, ActionSupercross and such. Some stability issues persist but mostly it's good already. I shall compile it soon for Windows: one of the problems is that Windows compilers must periodically be reinstalled, and that's annoying. Using Lagrangians in games is not a well documented thing, but it allows to achieve exellent results in very little time, soon after a good parametrization...

    Protein Stability

    Protein Stability

    VIRTUAL QUANTIFICATION OF PROTEIN STABILITY

Protein stability, the most important aspect of molecular dynamics and simulations, requires sophisticated instrumentations of molecular biology to analyze its kinetic and thermodynamic background. Sequence- and structure-based programs on protein stability exist which relies only on single point mutations and sequence optimality. The energy distribution conferred by each amino acid essentially paves way for understanding protein stability.
