rehype is a tool that transforms HTML with plugins. These plugins can inspect and change the HTML. You can use rehype on the server, the client, CLIs, deno, etc. rehype is an ecosystem of plugins that work with HTML as structured data, specifically ASTs (abstract syntax trees). ASTs make it easy for programs to deal with HTML. We call those programs plugins. Plugins inspect and change trees. You can use the many existing plugins or you can make your own. You can use rehype for many different things. unified is the core project that transforms content with ASTs. rehype adds support for HTML to unified. hast is the HTML AST that rehype uses. Depending on the input you have and output you want, you can use different parts of rehype. If the input is HTML, you can use rehype-parse with unified. If the output is HTML, you can use rehype-stringify with unified If both the input and output are HTML, you can use rehype on its own. -

Run headless Chrome/Chromium on AWS Lambda
Serverless Chrome contains everything you need to get started running headless Chrome on AWS Lambda (possibly Azure and GCP Functions soon). The aim of this project is to provide the scaffolding for using Headless Chrome during a serverless function invocation. Serverless Chrome takes care of building and bundling the Chrome binaries and making sure Chrome is running when your serverless function executes. In addition, this project also provides a few example services for common patterns (e.g. taking a screenshot of a page, printing to PDF, some scraping, etc.). Why? Because it's neat. It also opens up interesting possibilities for using the Chrome DevTools Protocol (and tools like Chromeless or Puppeteer) in serverless architectures and doing testing/CI, web-scraping, pre-rendering, etc. You must configure your AWS credentials either by defining AWS_ACCESS_KEY_ID and AWS_SECRET_ACCESS_KEY environmental variables, or using an AWS profile. -

A low-level Node.js module that takes a bunch of SVG files
SVG sprites & stacks galore. A low-level Node.js module that takes a bunch of SVG files, optimizes them, and bakes them into SVG sprites of several types along with suitable stylesheet resources (e.g. CSS, Sass, LESS, Stylus, etc.) It comes with a set of Mustache templates for creating stylesheets in good ol' CSS or one of the major pre-processor formats (Sass, Less and Stylus). Tweaking the templates or even adding your own custom output format is really easy, just as switching on the generation of an HTML example document along with your sprite. For an up-to-date list of browsers supporting SVG in general respectively SVG fragment identifiers in particular. Being a low-level library with support for Node.js streams, svg-sprite doesn't take on the part of accessing the file system (i.e. reading the source SVGs from and writing the sprites and CSS files to disk). -
