msgctxt_Adder
.po file utility. Will add "msgctxt" when it is not present
Application will scan the directory given in parameter (with ending path delimiter). Then it will parse each and every .po files found to detect expressions where there is no keyword "msgctxt". If no "msgctxt" is detected, application will insert one based on the reference location given. j18n is a replacement of java.util.ResourceBundle to support Unicode properties files. You can put UTF8 characters into your *.properties, and the only code change is to replace "ResourceBundle.getBundle(..)" with "J18n.getBundle(..)".
