I am working on some ideas to bring cross platform open source turn based strategy games to desktops.

Skitter Tag is an addictive little game. Spaceships fly through a maze, trying to tag one another and find power-ups. Up to two humans can compete alongside computer opponents.

Skwatt is a MMORPG (massive multiplayer online role playing game) developped by 8 people (game designer, art designers, programmers). The main goal is having fun in developping it. For now we have a 3D Windows Client and a Linux server.

This is a variant of the well known snake game. The snakes are competing about eating the frog. It was implemented as a report for a course in Artificial Intelligence. My son helped me with the design using his toy snakes.

Snakes of Apocalypse is a funny multiplayer game (for 2-4 players). Goal: player who first eats 30 apples wins. Bonuses: - battery: head and whole body of snake is electrified and kills other snakes. - hourglass: other players are immobilized. - speedup: player moves 1.5x faster. Weapons: - acid ball: limited distance, can kill multiple enemies with single shot - laser: shoot through whole level distance, can destroy obstacles! Environment: - bomb items: bombs appear randomly, exploding after few seconds. Strike radius increases with each explosion. There are two language versions: English (default) and Polish (if polish locale is detected). Joypads are supported and automatically detected (PS2, PS4, Xbox360, possibly others), only one player can use keyboard, rest must use joypads. Game was tested only on win32, but nevertheless it should run also on Linux and Mac just fine (any platform that has Python and Pygame).
