Open Source C++ Design Software

A front-end to Jekyll that parses C++ sources to produce and enforce out-of-line documentation. hyde is a utility that facilitates documenting C++. The tool is unique from existing documentation utilities. Many tools rely on documentation placed inline within the source as long-form comments. While these seem appealing at first blush, they suffer from two big drawbacks. First, there is nothing keeping the comments from falling out of sync with the elements they document. Secondly (and ironically), experienced users of these libraries eventually find inline documentation to be more of a distraction than a help, cluttering code with comments they no longer read. In order to properly document your C++, hyde compiles it using Clang's excellent libTooling library. Therefore, as the C++ language evolves, so too will hyde.

When computer power increases, programmers generally add more "features", thus making any performance gains in new hardware negligible. This project is an attempt to develop a library above libc that breaks out of this terrible loop.

XLS is an open-source toolkit for building high-level hardware with a modern compiler stack that spans from a functional DSL to optimized IR and hardware generation. At the front end, DSLX lets you describe algorithms with strong typing and familiar control flow while remaining synthesis-friendly. The compiler lowers DSLX into a rich intermediate representation, applies aggressive optimization and scheduling passes, and can either JIT the design for software simulation or emit Verilog for FPGA/ASIC flows. A key idea is “software-style” iteration: fast, deterministic simulation via the JIT encourages test-driven development and property checking before committing to RTL. XLS also provides tooling for pipelining, state insertion, and formal equivalence checks between different stages, giving developers confidence as designs evolve. The result is a productive path from high-level specification to real hardware, without giving up control over latency, throughput, and area trade-offs.

The SAVE-IDE is an integrated development environment for architectural and component-based design of embedded systems. Including a tool chain for analysis, verification and code generation, with focus on safety and real-time.

ConceptBase.cc is a multi-user deductive and object-oriented database system for metamodeling and method engineering. Includes a graphical client that builds upon the logic-based features of the ConceptBase.cc server. The data model is O-Telos. ConceptBase.cc can represent information at the data level (example data, traces of process executions etc.), the class level (schemas, process definitions etc.), the metaclass level (constructs of modeling languages), the meta-metaclass level (constructs for defining modeling languages), and so forth. ConceptBase.cc is developed by the ConceptBase Team at University of Skövde (HIS). ConceptBase.cc supports Linux, Mac OS X and Windows. HiPS tool is developed at the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, Shinshu University, which is a tool design and analysis of Petri nets, developed using Microsoft Visual C # and C++. HiPS tool has a way of intuitive GUI which enable hierarchical and/or timed-net design. It provides a default way for managing protocols, enabling you to have a basic but functional compositor from day one and progressively explore and customize its functionality to precisely match your requirements. Within Louvre, you have the flexibility to either employ your own OpenGL ES 2.0 shaders/programs, use the LPainter class for fundamental 2D rendering, or leverage the LScene and LView system, which manages buffer damage and can also handle input events for you. PapaFactory is a header-only C++ library providing three generic abstract factories. The library is licensed under the Boost software license which allows incorporation into propriety software.

With the help of the ProgramNet the user can develop plug-ins(called units) which can be connected with other units forming a net. The net has a form of a flow diagram.
