The Lazarus IDE is a stable and feature rich visual programming environment for the FreePascal Compiler. It supports the creation of self-standing graphical and console applications and runs on Linux, FreeBSD, MacOSX and Windows.

git-bug is fully embedded in git, you only need your git repository to have a bug tracker. git-bug is distributed. The "Open On-Chip Debugger" provides JTAG/SWD access from GDB (or directly with TCL scripts) to processors with ARM and MIPS based cores. See website for full list of supported targets.

A disassembler for the linux platform. Currently this supports x86 ELF files assumed to be written in C and output to intel- syntax assembly language; however the design is modular and replacements for any of these can be written.

CxxTest is a unit testing framework for C++ that is similar in spirit to JUnit, CppUnit, and xUnit. CxxTest is easy to use because it does not require precompiling a CxxTest testing library, it employs no advanced features of C++ (e.g. RTTI) and it supports a very flexible form of test discovery.

gpsim is an open sourced simulator for Microchip's PIC microcontrollers. It supports all three families of PICs: 12-bit, 14-bit, and 16-bit cores. See also gputils http://gputils.sourceforge.net/

LiveDebugger is a browser-based debugging tool for Phoenix LiveView applications. It helps Elixir developers inspect LiveView behavior while the application is running in development. The tool can show the LiveComponents tree, view assigns, inspect elements, and trace callback execution. It is designed to make LiveView debugging more visual and easier to understand than relying only on logs or manual inspection. LiveDebugger can be installed as a development dependency and also offers browser DevTools extensions for Chrome and Firefox. Its main value is giving Phoenix LiveView teams a dedicated debugging experience for understanding component state, callbacks, and runtime behavior.

SETEdit is a friendly text editor. It is a text mode application with windows, buttons, mouse support, etc. The main target of the project are programmers so the editor is mainly oriented to programming.

TilEm is an emulator for the Z80 series of Texas Instruments graphing calculators. It supports all of the existing models in this series (TI-73, TI-76.fr, TI-81, TI-82, TI-83, TI-83 Plus, TI-84 Plus, TI-85, and TI-86.) TilEm features detailed emulation of all aspects of the calculator hardware, and includes a debugger for writing assembly programs.

CDK4AVR stands for Cross Development Kit for Atmels AVR RISC processor serie and should you support with a comprehensive Assembler and C development environment for even this processor familie under Linux or similar host systems.

HT is a file editor/viewer/analyzer for executables. The goal is to combine the low-level functionality of a debugger and the usability of IDEs. We plan to implement all (hex-)editing features and support of the most important file formats.

DUMA (Detect Unintended Memory Access) is a multi-platform memory debugging library. It can detect memory leaks and buffer overruns (or underruns) in a malloc() / new memory buffer. Udis86 is an easy-to-use minimalistic disassembler library for the x86 and x86-64 instruction set architectures. The primary intent of the design and development of udis86 is to aid software development projects that entail binary code analysis.

A regex tool -- A Python GUI for creating, testing and debugging regular expressions for the Python programming language. Kodos utilizes the pyqt library for it's interface. Screenshots available on project homepage.

Softx86 is a library that provides software emulation of an Intel 80x86 CPU. The library takes care of executing opcodes and handling exceptions while the host application is responsible for providing simulated RAM, I/O devices, external signals.
