This project is an extension of gnuplot_i from N. Devillard that provides a basic C/C++ interface to gnuplot. Gnuplot_ipp provides the same light interface as gnuplot_i but makes it compatible with C++ as well. Finally, an extra C++ wrapper that takes care of opening and closing handles and makes code more organized is provided. All of this was performed using the C/C++'s maxima: "if you don't use it you don't pay for it". -

Ccide reads a source program, in one of several programming languages, expands all embedded decision tables, and generates the new, expanded source. Ccidew processes C language programs directly. The script, ccide, uses ccidew and m4, to process BASIC, JAVA, CC, C++, BASH, QB, VB, and EX(euphoria), source files containing embedded decision tables. Ccide checks all conditions once and only once, avoiding side effects. Ccide checks tables for conflicts and other errors. Set of tools for basic analysis of electrophysiological data. The Python classes show how to call OpenElectrophy functions and save data. The R library applies circular statistics to spike phase data and saves the best von Mises fit and the Rayleigh statistics on the disk. The wavelet coherence analysis is done in R by the package "sowas". Check the module R_coherence to see how we solved that problem. -
