PRTG Catches Network Issues Before They Cause Downtime

Threshold-based alerts flag problems early, so your team can act before users notice, not after.

Reactive troubleshooting usually means hearing about a problem from frustrated users, not your monitoring tool. PRTG sets threshold-based alerts across devices, servers and applications, notifying your team by email, SMS or push the moment a metric crosses a set limit. That means catching a failing disk or overloaded server before it becomes an outage and getting time back from firefighting. Start a free trial and set your first alerts today.

    FunSQL.jl

    FunSQL.jl

Julia library for compositional construction of SQL queries

FunSQL is a Julia library for the compositional construction of SQL queries. Julia programmers sometimes need to interrogate data with the Structured Query Language (SQL). But SQL is notoriously hard to write in a modular fashion. FunSQL exposes full expressive power of SQL with compositional semantics. FunSQL allows you to build queries incrementally from small independent fragments. This approach is particularly useful for building applications that programmatically construct SQL queries.

    Surrogates.jl

    Surrogates.jl

Surrogate modeling and optimization for scientific machine learning

A surrogate model is an approximation method that mimics the behavior of a computationally expensive simulation. In more mathematical terms: suppose we are attempting to optimize a function f(p), but each calculation of f is very expensive. It may be the case we need to solve a PDE for each point or use advanced numerical linear algebra machinery, which is usually costly. The idea is then to develop a surrogate model g which approximates f by training on previous data collected from...

    MS-Helios

MS-Helios: A Circos wrapper to visualize multi-omic datasets

...This remarkable progress poses a challenge to data analysis and visualization, requiring methods to reduce dimensionality and represent the data in a compact way. To provide a more holistic view, we recently introduced circular proteome maps (CPMs). However, the CPM construction requires prior data transformation and extensive knowledge of the Perl-based tool, Circos. We present MS-Helios, an easy to use command line tool with multiple built-in data processing functions, allowing non-expert users to construct CPMs or in general terms circular plots with a non-genomic basis. MS-Helios automatically generates data and configuration files to create high quality and publishable circular plots with Circos.

    CARuler

    qwt draggable graph rulers

CARuler provides vertical and horizontal ruler classes designed to work with QwtPlot. You can create as many rulers as you like. During construction, the ruler gets attached to the plot. Thus, the plot takes ownership of all rulers known to it. Rulers are draggable and emit a signal when its position changes. There is a built-in editing facility for ruler attributes in the form of a right click menu. It is also possible, through the right click menu, to lock any ruler in its current position or a specify a position in which it should be locked.
