redux-saga
An alternative side effect model library for Redux applications
redux-saga is a library that aims to make application side effects (i.e. asynchronous things like data fetching and impure things like accessing the browser cache) easier to manage, more efficient to execute, easy to test, and better at handling failures. The mental model is that a saga is like a separate thread in your application that's solely responsible for side effects. redux-saga is a redux middleware, which means this thread can be started, paused and cancelled from the main application with normal redux actions, it has access to the full redux application state and it can dispatch redux actions as well. It uses an ES6 feature called Generators to make those asynchronous flows easy to read, write and test. (if you're not familiar with them here are some introductory links) By doing so, these asynchronous flows look like your standard synchronous JavaScript code. (kind of like async/await, but generators have a few more awesome features we need). -

A tool for doing record analysis and transformation
This is the home of the tool called rq (record query). It's a tool that's used for performing queries on streams of records in various formats. The goal is to make ad-hoc exploration of data sets easy without having to use more heavy-weight tools like SQL/MapReduce/custom programs. rq fills a similar niche as tools like awk or sed, but works with structured (record) data instead of text. It was created with love out of the best parts of Rust, and is distributed as a dependency-free binary on many operating systems and architectures. -

Parsing gigabytes of JSON per second
JSON is everywhere on the Internet. Servers spend a *lot* of time parsing it. We need a fresh approach. The simdjson library uses commonly available SIMD instructions and microparallel algorithms to parse JSON 4x faster than RapidJSON and 25x faster than JSON for Modern C++. The simdjson library uses three-quarters less instructions than state-of-the-art parser RapidJSON. To our knowledge, simdjson is the first fully-validating JSON parser to run at gigabytes per second (GB/s) on commodity processors. It can parse millions of JSON documents per second on a single core. -

Safely serialize JavaScript expressions to a superset of JSON, which includes Dates, BigInts, and more. At Blitz, we have struggled with the limitations of JSON. We often find ourselves working with Date, Map, Set or BigInt, but JSON.stringify doesn't support any of them without going through the hassle of converting manually. Superjson solves these issues by providing a thin wrapper over JSON.stringify and JSON.parse. For cases where you want lower level access to the json and meta data in the output, you can use the serialize and deserialize functions. -

A Zebra Programming Language (ZPL) IDE with embedded viewer
ZPLDesigner is a free and easy-to-use software utility that allows you to create, preview and print label based on Zebra Programming Language (ZPL). ZPL commands ZPL Designer can help you to write ZPL code. The left panel provides a list of the main ZPL commands used to design a label. By hovering the mouse pointer over the desired ZPL command, a detailled description will be displayed on the top "Help" panel. Clicking on it will add this command to the ZPL editor. ZPL Viewer By pressing F5 or clicking on Preview button, ZPL Designer will display the result of you ZPL code on a Preview tab. You will be able to zoom/unzoom, rotate or save the generated label as an image. You can choose how to render your ZPL code: a local Zebra printer or by using the labelary.com webservice. An industrial ZPL printer with embedded website and network is required when you choose to use "Local Zebra Printer" as renderer. -

The PoDoFo library is a free, portable C++ library. It can parse and modify existing PDF files and create new ones from scratch. It also includes several tools to work with PDF files. 7.css is a CSS framework for building interface components that look like Windows 7. It is built on top of the GUI backbone of XP.css, which is an extension of 98.css. This framework relies on the usage of semantic HTML. To make a button, you'll need to use a button. Input elements require labels. Tabs rely on the role="tab" attribute. This page will guide you through that process, but accessibility is a primary goal of this project. It does not ship with any JavaScript, so it is compatible with your frontend framework of choice. -

You can use Angular TemplateRef acquired from ViewChild or passing it from HTML to transform data on the table. -

Atributika is an easy and painless way to build NSAttributedString. It is able to detect HTML-like tags, links, phone numbers, hashtags, any regex or even standard ios data detectors and style them with various attributes like font, color, etc. Atributika comes with drop-in label replacement AttributedLabel which is able to make any detection clickable. NSAttributedString is really powerful but still a low-level API that requires a lot of work to set up things. It is especially painful if the string is a template and real content is known only in runtime. If you are dealing with localizations, it is also not easy to build NSAttributedString. Operator to concatenate NSAttributedString with other attributed or regular strings. Works on iOS, tvOS, watchOS, macOS. -

Standards for developing consisten and sustainable HTML and CSS
Code Guide is a set of standards for developing consistent, flexible, and sustainable HTML and CSS. It comes from years of experience writing code on projects of all sizes. It's not the end-all be-all, but it's a start. Don't capitalize tags, including the doctype. Use soft tabs with two spaces, they're the only way to guarantee code renders the same in any environment. Nested elements should be indented once (two spaces). Always use double quotes, never single quotes, on attributes. Don't include a trailing slash in self-closing elements, the HTML5 spec says they're optional. Don’t omit optional closing tags (e.g. </li> or </body>). Enforce standards mode and more consistent rendering in every browser possible with this simple doctype at the beginning of every HTML page. Authors are encouraged to specify a lang attribute on the root html element, giving the document's language. This aids speech synthesis tools to determine what pronunciations to use. -

FeedKit is an RSS, Atom and JSON Feed parser written in Swift. Build a URL pointing to an RSS, Atom or JSON Feed. A common scenario in UI environments would be parsing a feed asynchronously from a user-initiated action, such as the touch of a button. Remember, you are responsible for manually bringing the resulting closure to whichever queue is appropriate. Usually to the Main thread, for UI apps, by calling DispatchQueue.main.async. FeedKit adopts Swift 5 Result type, as Result<Feed, ParserError>, and as such, if parsing succeeds you should now have a Strongly Typed Model of an RSS, Atom or JSON Feed, within the Feed enum. The RSS and Atom feed Models are rather extensive throughout the supported namespaces. -
