It is a higher level language compared to Ada, C/C++ and Java. In Seed7 new statements and operators can be declared easily. Functions with type results and type parameters are more elegant than a template or generics concept. Object orientation is used where it brings advantages and not in places where other solutions are more obvious. Seed7 spares no effort to support portable programming.     The Open Fortran Project (OFP) provides a Fortran 2008 compliant parser and associated tools. These tools provide a Java and C API for actions called when parser rules are completed. It also provides Fortran interfaces to the OpenCL runtime (new). IMPORTANT NOTICE: The Open Fortran Project has switched to using a parser based on SDF (Syntax Definition Formalism). Please consider using our new work at https://github.com/OpenFortranProject/ofp-sdf. While the SDF parser is not as advanced as the ANTLR-based parser, it provides much more capabilities, including a term rewriting system for creating a Fortran AST (Abstract Syntax Tree) using Stratego/XT (see http://strategoxt.org) and other custom program transformations.     GopherJS compiles Go code to pure JavaScript code. Its main purpose is to give you the opportunity to write front-end code in Go which will still run in all browsers. Nearly everything is supported, including Goroutines (compatibility documentation). Performance is quite good in most cases, see HTML5 game engine benchmark. Cgo is not supported. GopherJS requires Go 1.16 or newer. If you need an older Go version, you can use an older Gopher release. GopherJS uses your platform's default GOOS value when generating code. Supported GOOS values are: linux, darwin. If you're on a different platform (e.g., Windows or FreeBSD), you'll need to set the GOOS environment variable to a supported value. gopherjs serve is a useful command you can use during development. It will start an HTTP server serving on ":8080" by default, then dynamically compile your Go packages with GopherJS and serve them.

    All releases prior to and including LLVM8 are signed using this PGP Key from Naville. Verifiable on his Keybase. Security is not now, and will never be based purely on Obscurity. The "Security Companies" might say so to sell more of their products. But no, binary obfuscation won't magically fix all your exploits and bugs, (If not introducing more). Designing an Obfuscator is hard, and keeping the source open definitely leaks the pattern to crackers which could potentially make the crackers' life easier if they have the right skillset. While every reasonable attempt has been made in Hikari to reduce such patterns from appearing, however, with overkill weapons like symbolic execution, binary obfuscation can still be defeated much easier, even so-called VM-based obfuscation. DOI 10.1145/2991079.2991114 explained this in great detail. I would implement a few anti-SE mechanisms in the future in an attempt to cause (even) more trouble to attackers, though.

Selfie is a project of the Computational Systems Group at the Department of Computer Sciences of the University of Salzburg in Austria. The Selfie Project provides an educational platform for teaching undergraduate and graduate students the design and implementation of programming languages and runtime systems. The focus is on the construction of compilers, libraries, operating systems, and even virtual machine monitors. The common theme is to identify and resolve self-reference in systems code which is seen as the key challenge when teaching systems engineering, hence the name. Selfie is implemented in a single (!) file and kept minimal for simplicity. There is also a simple in-memory linker, a RISC-U disassembler, a garbage collector, L1 instruction and data caches, a profiler, and a debugger with replay.

    Futhark is a small programming language designed to be compiled into efficient parallel code. It is a statically typed, data-parallel, and purely functional array language in the ML family, and comes with a heavily optimizing ahead-of-time compiler that presently generates either GPU code via CUDA and OpenCL, or multi-threaded CPU code. Futhark is not designed for graphics programming, but can instead use the compute power of the GPU to accelerate data-parallel array computations. The language supports regular nested data-parallelism, as well as a form of imperative-style in-place modification of arrays, while still preserving the purity of the language via the use of a uniqueness type system. While the Futhark language and compiler is an ongoing research project, it is quite usable for real programming and can compile nontrivial programs which then run on real machines at high speed.

    Simple language for building maintainable programs. You can learn the entire language by going through the documentation over a weekend, and in most cases, there's only one way to do something. This results in simple, readable, and maintainable code. Despite being simple, V gives a lot of power to the developer and can be used in pretty much every field, including systems programming, webdev, gamedev, GUI, mobile, science, embedded, tooling, etc. V avoids doing unnecessary allocations in the first place by using value types, and string buffers, promoting a simple abstraction-free code style. Most objects (~90-100%) are freed by V's auto-free engine: the compiler inserts necessary free calls automatically during compilation. A remaining small percentage of objects is freed via GC. The developer doesn't need to change anything in their code. "It just works", like in Python, Go, or Java, except there's no heavy GC tracing everything or expensive RC for each object.

    Compile and package Angular libraries in Angular Package Format (APF). Paths in the ngPackage section are resolved relative to the location of the package.json file. You can easily run ng-package through a npm/yarn script. The build output is written to the dist folder, containing all those binaries to meet the Angular Package Format specification.
