Periodic Table Of Elements 4 Mathematica

Periodic Table Of Elements 4 Mathematica

generates nice period table from given data

PTE-1.5 is for Mathematica 11.1 (not mm14 - needs ver change fixing) PTE-1.4 and prev for Mathematica 4.0 linux PTE generates periodic tables from variable data (the data and layout can be changed for a particular subject). Includes Pauli Exclusion makers and some data. Charts can be browsed with an iPhone nicely (may need .jpg, .gif nicer). It's printable at a small size. Layout change un-restricted but is non-interactive. which is good and bad: it does the job. CreateModule...

    Canvas-2DGC

A user-extensible Freemat based 1DGC and GCxGC data analysis software.

...GCxGC-MS data analysis is supported for Agilent GCMS data format. The first goal of this project is to provide a highly intelligent analytical tool for reducing a complex chromatographic data analysis, either 1D or 2D, to just a few simple and intuitive steps. The second goal is to provide a fast and practical way of customizing or extending functionalities by ordinary users through high-level Freemat scripting. Freemat, one of open source Matlab clones, is chosen for this very purpose, because its syntax is most compatible with Matlab and it is lightweight - very suited for ordinary users. ...

    MetaOpen

    Metabolomics Bioinformatics Tools

Our bioanalytical research exploits practical and efficient high-throughput technologies for the analyses of complex mixtures derived from living systems. This will facilitate the development of preventive, predictive and personalized medicine for specific diseases and will promote health and wellness. We use a number of high-throughput analytical platforms including multidimensional liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (MDLC-MS) for proteomics, and for metabolomics; liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (LC-MS), and comprehensive two-dimensional gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GCxGC/TOF-MS). ...

    Morpheus search algorithm

    Morpheus search algorithm

a mass spectrometry–based proteomics database search algorithm

Morpheus is a mass spectrometry–based proteomics database search algorithm designed from the ground up for high-resolution tandem mass spectra. We have discovered that for high-resolution MS/MS, simple spectrum preprocessing and scoring performs superior to more complex algorithms originally developed for low-resolution MS/MS, such as Sequest, Mascot, and OMSSA. Morpheus is also very fast—up to nearly 5 times faster than OMSSA for large human datasets. It is written in C# and is available open source under the permissive MIT License.

    LipidWrapper

Create lipid-bilayer models of arbitrary geometry.

LATEST VERSION NOW LOCATED AT http://git.durrantlab.com/jdurrant/lipidwrapper As ever larger and more complex biological systems are modeled in silico, approximating physiological lipid bilayers with simple planar models becomes increasingly unrealistic. When building large-scale models of whole subcellular environments, models of lipid membranes with carefully considered, biologically relevant curvature are essential. LipidWrapper, written by Jacob Durrant in the lab of Rommie E. ...

Larch: Data Analysis for X-ray Spectra

Data Processing and Analysis for X-ray Spectroscopy and More

Larch is a scientific data processing language that is designed to be easy to use for novices and complete enough for advanced data processing and analysis. Larch provides a wide range of functionality for dealing with arrays of scientific data, and basic tools to make it easy to use and organize complex data. Larch has been primarily developed for dealing with x-ray spectroscopic and scattering data, especially the kind of data collected at modern synchrotrons and x-ray sources. Larch is written in Python and relies heavily on the standard tools for scientific computing with Python (numpy, scipy, matplotlib, and h5py).

    Nature
Nature is an open source library for computing thermochemical and kinetic properties of complex gas mixtures. The library supports the CHEMKIN data format and a native script for defining complex gas mixtures. Nature is written in C# and does not depend on any third party tool or library. Nature interoperates natively with any .NET language including the FTN95: Fortran 95 compiler. The primary goal of the project is to deliver the open source that provides the foundation for potentially complex CFD solutions capable of carrying computing in the distributed environment and particularly the Cloud computing.
