FreeMoCap is an open-source markerless motion capture system that enables users to record human movement using ordinary cameras and convert the footage into usable 3D motion data. It processes synchronized video feeds to reconstruct skeletal motion, which can then be exported for animation, biomechanics research, or creative projects. FreeMoCap includes tools for calibration, recording, processing, and visualization, allowing users to move from raw footage to structured motion data within a single ecosystem. Because it is open and extensible, researchers and developers can adapt the pipeline for specialized motion analysis or integrate it into animation workflows.

Scanning albums is not an easy task, since the extraction of actual photographs within scans is usually very tedious. This tool allows you to scan as much as you can fit into your scanner and then semi-automatedly extract the contained photographs. NOTE: We are moving this project to GitHub! Digital photographs are not ideal. Of course, the better is your camera, the better the results will be, but in any case if you look carefully at shots taken even by the most expensive cameras equipped with the most expensive lenses you will see various artifacts. It is very hard to make ideal cameras, because there are a lot of factors that affect the final image quality, and at some point camera and lens designers have to trade one factor for another to achieve the optimal image quality, within the given design restrictions and budget. But we all want ideal shots, don't we? :) So that's what's lensfun is all about - rectifying the defects introduced by your photographic equipment.

A Java Programm to sort JPEG-Images from digital still image cameras. The sorting is done by the capture date/time of the EXIF-Header. Image meta informations from EXIF-Header is stored in a database. Double files will be recognized by MD5-hash compare.

SwingSane is a powerful, cross platform, open source Java front-end for using Scanner Access Now Easy (SANE) back-ends. The most powerful feature is its ability to query back-ends for scanner specific options which can be set by the user as a scanner profile.
